Leovegas complaints

Just wanna throw my opinion here and don't get me wrong Leo is a great site on many things . They have great game selection, very swift withdrawals and just in general smooth way of handling things imo. 

That being said I have to agree their loyalty/ VIP program is very confusing, some could say non existent even. It is somewhat unclear what kind of benefits you get once you get high on their VIP ladder. Also that birthday VIP gift is a joke. My last birthday they forgot and once I asked about it they gave me 10 free spins on a bullshit stake on BOD or something. I am on lvl 56 on their VIP ladder atm.

They have done some nice things also and I used to get very good bonus offers until early 2020 or so, lately they have mostly been quite bad or none existant. I don't know why. Best ones I did got earlier were like deposit xxx, wager it 10x and u get matching amount that is wager free. Sometimes it was 20x wager or only 50% amount of the deposited amount, but all in all very good bonuses in my opinion. 

I guess I could now maybe get better loyalty treatment/ bonuses from others sites, but I am hesitant to change since I really like Leo otherwise. 

 
I agree with the above, it isnt a VIP experience. Not even close. You cant give someone who deposited way over 100k last year just 1,50 worth as a birthday gift can you? and then even claim its a Vip experience fit for a king with unique birthday bonuses...

Imo if its really a vip experience they should have at least matched (or went over) what i got on unibet or 21casino and ive even deposited and wagered way way way less there..

or just dont claim its a vip experience and all that, thats just clearly not true..

It's not my place to comment, in case you missed it I offered to look into it (on Monday) to see if anything can be done. I'm just relaying the messages really, not involved in anything :)

the offers in denmark are way better than in norway :D.. and we actually get them quite often.. (3-4 times a month)
10x wager is max in denmark. .thank you new rules :D

Im lvl 32..

Dont think i have gotten any offers for live casino..
the new regulations in Denmark does that a casino can minimum offer 100% bonuses. with a maximum of 10x wager.
