Hey guys, i have some complaints about leovegas lately and i am not getting it sorted through support. Is there someone here (representative/manager or something) thats willing to talk to me etc? I dont really wanna put it straight onto the forum because i think thats a bit rude and not very nice but if its needed i will. Thanks in advance...

How about the fact that their "promotions" for players have become super shit??

This is one of the Casino promotions I keep getting over and over..

I dont understand why people complain about the promotions... If you dont like them, play elsewhere if there is so much better alternatives. Simply as that.

First of all i am not a huge fan of leovegas, actullaly i selfexcluded on their site, due to many reasons. But i made an account when they become avalible in denmark and instant selfexcluded my self. I never want to support them with my money. 

After said all that, i cannot see what is not bad with their promotion. Seems much better than what you would get on other sites. Most i sites that has free spins as a part of a bonus. Usually the free spins are at a low value like 0,10 kr. pr spin and also has wagering for 30-40x and sometimes also max cashout from the free spins. So i think it was a bad example if you wanted them to look bad. I can a long list of things i can write that are much worse than this.

Don't get me wrong, the casino is great in every other aspect - but these promotions are dogshit and an insult.

None taken mate. Also i didnt mean to offend anyone either, but my view on promotions is that we cant expect anything. However, stay with those casinos who rewards you, and forget about the others.

Well, I really liked Leo Vegas, at least prior to October 2019 (support told me that's when these shit promos became a thing).
My view is if they (any good casino really) offered some deposit bonuses and/or other legit good stuff, people wouldn't go around registering on 100 shady ass casinos ¯\_(ツ)_/¯, and f.ex your signature wouldn't be necessary..

so i guees you were not able to find something better than the one from leovegas, i thought so. But it is very easy to get upset when you have lost some money on a casino 😄

 
Look, one of my complaints is about this. First of all dont start calling me greedy or anything, you'll probably know why i am kinda annoyed when you read it all. Its not about the money, should have been about a decent gesture and no false advertising.

A couple of days ago it was my birthday. I recieved bonuses or cash gifts from about 50 of the casinos im a member with. Most i dont even play with often, and still give me 5-10-25 euro bonus. For the sites im a high-end player with (like LeoVegas, unibet, 21casino) i got from 21casino 200 euros in pure cash (no wager) and unibet 250 euro cash (no wager). With leo its a different thing. On the VIP experience page you see A VIP EXPERIENCE, FIT FOR A KING! and ''Unique birthday bonuses''. Well, after depositing easily over 100k last year with Leo, have a guess what they gave me. Yes. 15 free spins of 10 cents on Starburst. Look, it didnt have to be 250 euros in cash - however it would have been decent and well appreciated like with the other sites im VIP with (little note, on unibet or 21casino i havent even deposited close to 100k last year but ok) but sorry, for a person that plays that high on slots, and very very often stakes thousands a hand on Baccarat, 15 free spins of 10 cents doesnt cut it for ''a vip experience fit for a king, with unique birthday rewards'' or does it?

To add to that, its not a VIP offer at all, its something any player gets. Silly.

EDIT: It's not about being upset for losing money at a casino.. Any money deposited at a casino should be considered spent/lost money.

Any deposit bonus (25x-35x wager) is better than wagering x amount to get some freespins OR the wager 40x first in Live Casino to get x deposited amount extra.

I'd rather up my chances of winning; playing any game I want and wager a deposit bonus if I'm lucky to hit something. 
OR how the Leo Vegas deposit bonuses work/worked: You deposit X, get Y extra, you play your real money first, before starting on the bonus.
