Leo Vegas verification!

Ok, so been playing at Leo for years. Deposit via bank transfer…so, card ID, PIN number, Face ID, OTP and all that jazz. Get account lock out error this morning so head over to chat, and apparently I have to verify a bank card that I used. Years ago. It has since expired and is in the bin. Apparently I have to contact my bank, for a letter saying that I once owned that card, and it was used on Leo. 
has anybody had this ridiculous request before? Can somebody from Leo explain why  verification of a redundant card is needed?? Surely triple MFA is enough!?  Joke.

@Stu Lawrence They are getting worse, seeing all this BS is making me want to change my business plan. Going after these casinos is most definitely more appealing and on my agenda this coming year. God help them is all I can say. Project X for all these sly fake manipulating cheats. Big up to all the crypto casinos f ing them up the posterior. Power to the people
