Leo Vegas holding withdrawal

Hi Guys any advice pls

I played Leo Vegas on 02.06.20 and I won 4 k. When I withdraw they ock my account and ask for payslips bank statement I'd my bank card etc. I send them same day. Its more then 10 days and they still nit verify my details. Last year I won 9k and was no problem. For past 6 months I keep losing there and nowbody ask for any id and now they taking they time like never. 

Any advice
