Well.. she hade 480€ and they took everything from here. "Bonus rules"

From 180€ when wager was done to 20€ becuse of terms.

@burningh1 thats a lovely line and thanks for posting it up. If im reading the part whare they took the money away because of bonus rules that is sad man. Its happening more as casinos stick to there T+C's and if anyone just breaches them they lose any winnings. Its a shame and i feel for you thare.  Correct me please if i am reading that wrong that your gf got money taken away because of bonus terms and conditions. ?.

 
Yeah, the terms was that you only can get your deposit back = 20€ 10+10€. So when wager was done it Changed from 180€ to 20€. 

She is crying becuse for here it was loads of money.

 
@burningh1 when i hear that man that she is crying because of what happened it makes me sick. Casino's are huge multi million pound structutes and organizations. I would of thought they could use there discretion a bit more. Look into it more and be a bit more sympathetic towards the player. Its sad man to hear what you posted back.❤
