Ladbrokes BIG BASS BONANZA

Anyone have issues with Ladbrokes paying out less than a spin should?

Correct me if im wrong but the  minimum win on Big Bass Bonanza is half x, so 40p spin min return is 20p. So how can 1 spin return £34.79? Where has the 9p increment come from?

Have tried to raise but so far being fobbed off.

I don't think 20p is the minimum win hence the odd payment ,  i would just be happy with the return if i were you , not a lot to say about this tbh           it's a nice hit though for 40p
