KoiCasino stalling my withdraw.

Hi... I started to play on KoiCasino and it says on their site that there should be superfast withdrawals. I have now been waiting for 27 hours to get my withdraw approved. That is not for me a Superfast withdraw. I have been contacting the chat several times and always getting the same answers. It will be processed very soon,as soon as possible,very fast and this morning when I contacted them they told me that there is no big traffic on the payments team at the moment. But nothing. The chat is repeating the answers and my patience is running low now. I saw that casinogrounds have this casino on their site and I am wondering why??

Can u help me to get my money?

Just wait, 27 hours isn't that long for a withdrawal. Sometimes it can take up to 5 workingdays, so lock your account when you don't want to touch it and be patient.

Ok. I will not cancel the withdraw.Just wondering why they then have and ad on their site saying superfast withdrawals. Since i only can use zimpler for deposits and withdrawals I assumed it will be fast withdrawals as well.

It's part of the game. Some casino's will do everything just to not pay out winnings. A lot of people will cancel the withdrawal when they have to wait for too long. So please, don't touch it and be patient

 yeah I know how the casinos work... already told them in chat that I will not cancel my withdraw. There is even a pop up window when I open my page which says I have a withdraw processing and if I want to cancel it. Not falling for that. Just feel a little bit screwed when the site says superfast withdrawals and was not expecting this to happen. I am used to play on leovegas and amokcasino where u just need to contact the support and boom, your withdraw is payed and on your bankaccount within 5 minutes

"Superfast" is a relative term imo, for once casino can be within 5 mins (e.g. videoslots) others call 2 days "superfast"

Pretty sure you'll get it tho, so wouldn't worry too much

All good now. They paid my winning and it was on my bankaccount today. Closed the account there right away. Never got such bad costumer service on any other casino so the best thing was to keep playing on trusted casinos.
