Kassu withdrawal

Hi guys I’m new here so hello to everyone I’m needing advice as the kassu live chat isn’t connecting, I deposited £10 with a £5 bonus 

but the wagering isn’t going down and I’m up to £130 it says if I withdraw I’ll lose my bonus funds but I’m worried if I do I’ll lose the £130 can anyone help

The bonus wagering wont go down as you have not entered the bonus money yet, because it's a parachute bonus for when you lose your real money. If you cancel the bonus you will basically just lose the £5 only.

Yes, if your wagering doesn't lower, then you should continue playing.

Since you play on Kassu, you need to wager the first four welcome bonuses 40 times before you can withdraw the bonus or any winnings gained from it. Also bare in mind this:



Do not cancel your bonus. If you keep playing, and the wager still doesn't lower, contact them!!

That's not true though. In the UK the real money will always  be separate, can you confirm whether the 130 is in the real money balance or bonus funds part on the main screen at the top. Or just post a screenshot and I can confirm.
