Money is on my account now i can confirm as well. It did take some time but thanks for the fast response and good support. I dont like to "whine" and send you alot of msg but i do have one more question. I have been making a few deposits since i have joined, and my first  cashout went superfast. I tried another cashout yesterday or i guess you can say earlier today. And when i went to confirm identity it still says pending. Is that a bug or will the cashout go as normal? Thank you so far.

I have had the same issue on Monopoly Wheel were money got taken from account. I have been told by customer agent that they have sent it to the provider, and are still waiting for response. It's been three days now, but nice to see it's been fixed for others, so hope they'll figure it out for me as well. 

Been told not to play monopoly wheel until the have fixed the issue, but it seems like it is a problem with other games as well then.
