Issues with Muchbetter app

Hey,not sure in what part of the forum i should make this post so ill try my luck here. So first of all,i used the Muchbetter app for the first time yesterday,i made a withdrawal from Leovegas with Muchbetter since that is the only option for us norwegians apart from ecopayz. I am also fully verified on Muchbetter and tryed to make a withdrawal from Muchbetter onto my DNB bank account in norway,but when im getting to the part where i need to choose a bank,then i get an error message pop up on my screen saying ( oops something went wrong,please try again later)

Ive tryed this several times today and yesterday and same error pops up,anyone here knows why it happens? Seems like my money are stuck for now in the Muchbetter app,and im new on it so really not sure how to approach it. Ive talked to leovegas and they told me to contact Muchbetter first of all to see whats going on,and if not they might be able to request the money back to my leo account and then withdraw to ecopayz instead. However after reading quite alot of complaints about Muchbetter lately,it does not seem likely that they will respond on the email or if they do it can take weeks like others says. 

Shame i did not look it up a bit about reputation as it seems like they have alot of complaints. I regret using them but done is done and i hope someone here knows more about Muchbetter and issues there or what i can do? I sent them email yesterday but no answer after 24 hours yet. Seems like the norwegian goverment is making it harder and harder for us to deposit and withdraw :)  But it should work with the Muchbetter app as ive seen comments from other people doing it succesfully. But again,also many complaints.

I use Muchbetter and DNB, never had any problems.  Make sure to use the "withdraw to Bank (Not Handelsbanken, Sparebank 2, DNB-option, even though it say that it does not include DNB. It still works. Put in the required info (Iban) and you`ll have the money the day after.

If it doesnt work, take it via Crypto.

Yesterday I needed help from Muchbetter to verify an account (proof of ownership of Muchbetter-account) and within 30 mins they helped me out via e-mail.
