On self exclusion, most (if not all) sites tell you to clear your balance, so could very well be, but as ryans says above, just go on live chat and ask them there.

Or if you can't access it, start a fresh e-mail to their support and ask.

 
Seems pretty legit so far, had that many scam emails over the covid period it’s unreal so can never be too sure. Said that calzone wasn’t running anymore on their site, so thought it was a bit weird but we’ll see what the outcome is.

Maybe stating the obvious, but this mail may well be legit because of casino Calzone exiting the UK market.

 
Well it appears they have approved my withdrawal and are sending me money, which is a pleasant surprise. Considering I signed up for gamstop on 31.12.19 and haven’t gambled since.

I've had a few emails like that from casinoeuro, bettson etc... I think  its to do with the new u.k gambling rules so certain casinos are closing accounts of u.k players and refunding the remaining credit

 
And there we go, payment has arrived 😃

Still have no idea why I would have that amount left in an account, but I’m not gonna complain!

maybe closed a game thinking you'd lost but hadn't. Or maybe you did a bonus hunt and forgot to open it and its just auto paid. Either way its a win for you
