Is Jickl casino a scam?

Hi, 

I signed up on this casino, since i saw some streamers play on it, and they had the slots i like on it. I depositet 2000 nok, played the slots and it went south. I decided to play immersive roulett, and made a bet on approx 900 nok. I got a error message telling me i am exceeding the limit on 500 nok(OBV tier came in, and bet was not acceptet). I am talking to the support for one week now, and they are telling me that the max bet on the site is 500nok /50 euros. That is for live immersive roulett, computer roulett and BJ. This doesn't seem legit for me? 

However, i am reading the T&C before i play on any site. And on this site they do not mention this in the t&c for the casino. But under the section for Bonus terms, they say that the max bet is 500 nok on cash balance. I read this as if you play a non-sticky bonus, you have a limit on the cash balance and the bonus balance. But if you deposit only a cash balance, you should be able to do what you want? 

Please share if you have any similar experiences, or the same issue on this or another site. I appreciate any feedback :)

Yeah you would think 500sek is a "small" bet on roulette and cash only! Seems very weird, but I don't think its a scam casino. Don't promote it myself, so unfortunately can't really give u an answer. Just make sure before u sign up, u read the terms. Hopefully someone can give u a better answer..

 
Was the bonus that was attached with your previous deposit removed before you deposited again as it may have carried over on to your next cash deposit.

 
Malta licensed and passes all the plausibility checks. Can't see any major complaints online so should be a OK site to play.

 
Thanks for the replys, i find it very strange that the Max bet on the site is 500 sek. Here is a picture of the answer i got from the support today.

It is true that we have max bet size on both real cash bets and bonus bets. For real cash it is €50 & for bonus money it is €5. Reason for bet limits is control risk. This is very common with bet size limits on casinos.
