Important question about Thunderstruck II

Hello,

Im new to the forum and I hope im posting in the correct section.

I need help with something,

My father has played Thunderstruck 2 for as long as I can remember.

He played for 150 swedish crones per bet yesterday (eqvuivalent to approximately 15euro).

He got the highest win according to the Thunderstruck 2 winning table.

What he got was 5 thunderstruck 2 symbols.

According to the win-table, that combination equalls a x1000 win.

Meaning that he should have at least won 150.000 swedish crones (around 15.000 euro).

Bjt he didn't.

He only won 38.000 swedish crones (around 3.800 euro).

How can this be?

He has played this game for about 7 or 8 years.

For example, if you get 5 bonus symbols, you get 200 times the bet and he has gotten that a few times.

But this time he got the 5 Thunderstruck 2 symbols.

He should also have won on multiple side combinations so the total win should have been like 190.000 swedish crones (around 19.000 euro)

We have contacted the site Snabbare.com about this as it was there he played.

And we have explained everything in detail and also sent them a screenshot of the win.

But there is no coin value when he is chosing what to bet.

He's betting what he's betting, and in this case he betted 15 euro.

So now that he got 5 thunderstruck symbols, what is 1000 coins?

1000 coins based on what?

Please explain what 1000 coins is in this specific case?

That won't pay 1000x if you think 1000 coins is 1000x stake look at the value 9's at 125 coins which would be 125x which isn't the case

Scatters/bonus symbols pay as a multiple of the bet.

The thunderstruck symbol is a wild, not a scatter.

You are playing all lines in a 243 way slot there is a 30x multiplier on your bet and you get to play all the ways:

If you bet 30 the betsize used for ways payout calculations is 1

If you bet 60 the betsize used for ways payouts calculations is 2

 if you bet 90 the betsize used for ways payout calculations is 3,

if you bet 120 the betsize for ways calculations is 4

If your father is playing 150 Swe crones per spin his bet per line applying to all lines is, due to the way the 243 way slots work, 5 Swe crones and the payouts from the paytable are multiplied by 5 crone.

So he won in Swe Crone:

5000  for the Thunderstruck 2 symbols (1 way x 1000 x 5 crone)

All the following wins get multiplied x2 due to the thunderstruck symbols.

3000 for the aces (4ways x 150 x 5 crone) x2 = 6000

12000 for the kings (16 ways x 150 x 5 crone) x2 = 24 000

This is just how I think it works based on the information in the game, there is 3k missing for me so I must have something wrong. Think it is information pointing you in the right direction though.
