If I don't get withdrawal will I get deposits back

Hi I'm not sure how they started but I get 5 to 10 texts a day from casinos advertising ,can't seem to stop them, couple of weeks back I joined and deposited on 1 , I wasn't over easy with the casino theredtoucan casino , and they had feature buys, illegal in uk, I read they are not registered with UK gaming commission,  so I deposited 6 x £20 over 2 weeks ,on the last deposite I withdrew £300 , to withdraw I had to verify which I passed with passport, a bit concerned with the casino I then go to check there terms , which are a complete joke and it says the don't even accept players from the uk, considering they text me I wasn't to know and surly they would when I registered/verified and my ip address yet they accepted me, I am now concerned I will not get this withdrawal,  if not will I at least get the £120 back I have deposited

Seem your info is sold by data brokers to casino affiliates.

That casino you deposited don't have any license so .....you choose if you want to send all your document to them and hope that they send you the winnings. 

Hope you get your money. 

 
Well I made the withdrawal late Friday, when I did it on site it was strange as it said at the end I'd receive an email and link to complet the withdrawal,  so that was suspect, I got an email but it was just your standard this is confirmation of your withdrawal request, I'd also received emails saying my account was verified,  it says on there site withdraws take 24/48 hours, the confirmation email said 7 to 21 days so again strange,   I just don't see if they don't allow certain country's to play how I got accepted in first play and had account verified, I've even been on chat a couple of times and nothing said

Their terms are a joke, only read them after making a withdrawal,  they say they don't accept uk players yet they did me and even verified my account, then on other hand they can just be open to all and its up to the player to follow rules of there country and their not at all responsible,  I played a lot of feature buys which you shouldn't be able to in the UK,  I see it as they have aloud me to play at there casino so they should at least pay out before the close account , I can still log in and withdrawal is still showing as in progress, I was going to give it till Monday then message them
