Welcome. I would like to warn you about Spinmillion Casino because they are scammers. I played at their casino. I won almost € 13,000 and they closed my account because they wrote me that I broke the game. All the time I played at one stake for practically 5 euros or increased by 1 or 2 euros. Once I bought a sweet Bonanza game for 500 € but the stake is 5 € so there is nothing in their terms of play that you can't buy games start price 5 € nothing write me back nothing give me information what I did wrong. The money has disappeared from my account. I do not write back to my e-mail address. I have just been silent for almost 6 days. I can't contact anyone and livechat. This is some kind of nonsense. I don't warn you - don't play at their casino.

You can't buy bonuses with an active bonus I am yet to come across a casino that would allow you to. You should always double check the terms when using a bonus if your unsure you can always ask live chat.

Yes but they didnt use that reason, he broke the game, and he just said they give him know reason, and even if he did do that it's not in terms, and it doesn't automatic block so they allow such thing so it a win win for the casino they allow players to bet over because all them blocked winnings is a big part of there business if you count in a year, rogue allowing when they could block sammy, remember he already said they give no reason and to say he broke the game with no evidence or investigation lol, to back up. What I mean is buying bonuses he said not in terms, because we could think it goes of the total stake which he could argue when waggering. It comes down to moral principle no casino  rep is going to justify and for me to listen that this guy bet over with  bonus buys that's why he got his money took, because its shady af to allow the bet in the first place THATS THE TRUTH

Rule of thumb is when you have a bonus active, you can't stake above £5, or sometimes less, but after looking at the terms and conditions, I have yet to find anything relating to a "maximum bet" (https://www.spinmillion.com/en/terms-and-conditions). Whilst I only checked the 3 sections (General Bonus-related Terms, Bonus Wagering, Miscellaneous Bonus Terms of Service) I saw nothing stipulating a maximum bet.

The welcome offer doesn't mention anything about maximum bet sizes, and when it directs you to general terms and conditions - that doesn't either (or at least not in the 3 above mentioned sections).

Could someone else also check?

Did you check if you dipped into bonus balance, and have they confirmed  you went over max bet, there saying you broke the game without investigation,if it is the bonus buy ,check if you was in cash, and if you was partly in cash and bonus, and you could well use that it's not in terms bonus when wagering as we could automatically think it goes of the total  stake example 500 buy  stake £5 if it's not in terms we refer to ,only use that its not in terms if you need to as to what you mentioned they havnt said you broke max bet terms

Also, re-reading the original post, he hasn't suggested he was actually using bonus funds - we all just assumed it. @bukerro could you give us more information on the email they sent? Did they specifically mention what you did, or did they quote their terms and condition explaining you breached it?

From what I saw in the general conditions of the bonus there is nothing about the fact that I can't buy a bonus for 500 € it is only written that the maximum bet on the bet is 8 euros or I buy a bet as if for 5 euros. They also didn't give me a reason to take the money.

They just wrote me an e-mail but it was on Sunday that there is some checking action and now they opened my account but I have nothing on them. They did not write when I broke her and what conditions they do not write back to me At all, my emails are completely silent on their part and that's it.

Where did you read about the maximum bet as I can't find it anywhere. Generally though, regardless of the bonus buy's actual wager, the amount that was deducted from your account to purchase the bonus buyer will be the "stake". So if you couldn't bet anything over 8 euros, a bonus buy of 500 euros would be a justification to cease winnings I believe

Ahh, I found it. In what in the terms and conditions under "Abusive Behaviour", Section 10. There's not really much you can do here, but there's never harm in fighting or escalating it. I'm not experienced at this, but the way I see it, you could argue three cases:

  • An important term wasn't listed in any of the specific bonus terms and hidden in "Abusive Behaviour" which in my opinion is quite misleading by the operator. But the fact they have mentioned it may be enough
  • Did you get the 13,000 euro winnings from only Bonanza? Or did you get those winnings from playing stakes below the threshold? If you didn't win any money on the bonus buys (500 euro bonus buys) you could perhaps argue that?
  • Did you purchase the bonus buys whilst bonus funds were still active, or had you completed the wagering requirements?

I don't think they would have said he broke the game. Its a bit obvious why this has happened always check with live chat if you don't understand the terms.

If he broke terms via bonus buy it should say no bonus buys because pretty few people would go of stake on bonus buys and think the stake is wagger on, if this is the case I think he should complaint with there licence because he would have a very good point, licence always mention terms should be clear and you can get in trouble if you dont put clear terms

I can only reply to what he mentions he shouldn't give extra info to slotsmillion if it's not needed and they only mention broke game, as you could be damaging unnecessarily, example if he says max bet when they didnt mention it, they will go oh yeah you bet over max bet thanks for that!

It's not like those stupid casinos could just implement a function where it prevents you from buying bonusses > 5€ stakes when at bonus balance. Some casinos do it so it's not impossible. Just another way of how to scam players and keep the money.

Dude. Youre betting 500€ in one go, that is breaking the terms by +495€.
Ofc this dude protects the casino. Go stream slots with the infinite money you obv own and stop posting on peoples topics which involve money they actually worked for.

nice attack, im against letting people break terms too but whatever floats your boat , in the end its still up to the player to go with the bonus terms

The casino could just be a little bit customer oriented instead of taking every Euro or Dollar they can get. Maybe he broke the terms but they could've kept him from doing so. Loads of casinos have this "protection" enabled and still make profit, so it's obviously just to keep customers from withdrawing once they accepted a bonus. My opinion.
