I'm currently gambling on Sloty.com. I had some funds that i was playing with. Made a little profit, i open 9k yeti and i get a big bonus. (471 Euro to be exact).

When i was on the last spin i got kicked out of the game and everytime i reconnect i will see the free spins and the winnings but after the rounds are over i can't continue spinning and the win wont add to my balance. I tried to get help on livechat but they will just say that they will investigate but i'm not so sure about that. 

Any help lads?

I've actually encountered the same issue on the same game where the balance didn't update after bonus - it was stuck. Had to contact livechat, which in turn contacted provider, who then checked logs, confirmed bug and they manually added the bonus winnings a week after i've submitted my query.

Yeah this happens sometimes. Contact casino support they escalate it to provider and then it will be sorted  might take some time, but d/w
