Hello forum,

Today i deposited 30 euros via promotion link and they give me 36 euros with out asking if i want any bonus. I played the 66 euros and i lost all of them. So i redeposited 20 euros with out taking any bonus ! I played them and made them 160. When i tried to withdraw, all my money were at bonus and 0 at my balance. So i talked with the live support and told me ,if you take one time bonus you have to wager it until you deposite money to your balance. I asked them for the terms , i read them many times and nothing says anything about that. So now im waiting any response from them , but it will be negative! Please helpme , i need the money.

 
Probably you had auto bonus on deposit (you left that bonus checkmark on first deposit ON) AND then you left some cents before depositing for the 2nd time and the bonus was still active?!

You said you deposited via a promotional link, You realised they gave you €36 and you chose to play with it, It clearly say on their T&C page

"NB! If you have chosen one of the welcome offers on your first deposit,
you cannot withdraw your first and NEXT deposits until all the offer’s requirements are fulfilled according to the offer chosen"

It appears you need to wager 50x (€1500) your Welcome €30 deposit you made before you can do a withdrawal of winnings, Never understand why people sign up to these bad casinos! Never even heard of another casino saying a second deposit still needs to be wagered because of the first deposit bonus wagering, but thats what you signed up to. Line 7 also says any winning while still wagering goes to the bonus account while the bonus is active.

Don't play at casinoin.io for one additional reason. They tempt to verify accounts up to 2 weeks. It's never less. 

 
Fortunately, you only deposited a total of €50 instead of a larger amount. You have to read and re-read T&C meticulously when opening a new casino account. If you have any concerns regarding T&C, don't make a deposit.

Hi Dizlos, 

Sorry to hear about your problem. Would love to be able to help you with this, but like others already said your money is now locked until you completed the wager. Some sites automatically adds a deposit bonus when making your first couple of deposit. Before making a bet or spin you should have asked support to remove your bonus if you did not want it. But now nothing else to do than completing the wager of 50x i would try my luck on amatic slots. 

The last thing you wrote makes me worried "please help me, I need the money" why are you gambling if you cannot afford to loose? Loosing is always a shame, but should not make a problem for you. If loosing this small amount of money is a problem for you, then i suggest you stop gambling Now! 

Good luck, i hope you will complete the wager. Have you tried support if it is possible to cancel the bonus and just have the Second deposit cashed out?
