Hello everybody.
I would like to ask and tell something.
I have recently joined AmunRa casino its a brand from the N1 Interactive Platform. I have made a bank deposit and also a skrill deposit.
My verification process was pretty fast wich I see as a good service, but now to start, I have made a bank transfer withdrawal in first. The amount is 220€, after 3 days my withdrawal got rejected. They told me to withdrawal my balance to skrill. as I have made a deposit with skrill in the past and also verified.
Now I wanted to make that withdrawal with Skrill but in there withdrawal section there is no withdrawal method to be found.
I hope there is someone in this community have been getting the same type of issue and what's the best thing to do! I have a couple screenshot attached so you can see what is going on. and also what they stated.
Also before someone ask me why don't you use trustly. The problem with that is they don't support the instant banking method of trustly where should be able to put the Iban manually, and the banks they support on trustly isn't the one I'm using. I'm from the Netherlands.
