Could anyone tell me if they have had issues in the past with a payout request from. Ace pokies. Because they are doing my head in. I won an amount of 1500 before Xmas and still don't have the funds. Help

It's an international transfer, anyway they have all correct details from my side. My bank asked me to ask them for a remittance advice, proof of payment which they did on the 3rd of this month. Still no funds went into bank on Friday with the remittance advice they tracked it back to them. They sent it then recalled the funds back.

Ace pokies?
Why would you play on such shady website in the first place?

AcePokies Casino is licensed to conduct gaming operations through the jurisdictions of Curacao.

When I browsed their website it was impossible to find any kind of license so I had to google about it. That should be a first warning for you as player.

I hope you get your winnings, however it'll be unlikely. In the future avoid signing up to shady casinos and do your research - it literally takes you a simple google search to determine what kind of casino you're signing up to. If you're unsure you can always ask here for advice!

Thanks I've definately learnt my lesson, and I definitely don't think I'll be seeing any money from them ever. I've only just joined this group today so appreciate the feed back.

So today I recieved my payout from ace, 6 months it took. Nearly fell of my fkn perch. Anyway just thought I'd let y'all know ???

They had to scam somebody else to raise the funds!?
No explanation, they asked if I had another bank account, I gave them my husbands with no 3rd party involved recieved the money in less than 2 weeks. My bank had a 3rd party which was Western union and there was always a problem.
