Hello,
I have not been active here in forum and registred only recently but have reading / following since the first year of Casinogrounds.
I yesterday faced issue with Hype.bet.
I registred there on friday (21.06.26., if really not wrong) from my country Latvia. Made first deposit. Burned money throughout weekend and till yesterday lost around 1 k EUR, yesteday was worst day, lost ~500 Eur Wanted yesteday evening to place bet on World cup game - deposit again. Somehow started read terms and conditions, because for short while saw poorly noticable message: something about accessing from restricted country.
Amd of course my country Latvia is in restricted list, but I already registred, deposited, played. I would have been gone through verification already, but canceled small withdrawal so nobody asked KYC. So I opened support and started to tell agent that I am from Latvia and how to proceed with anything and is it safe to deposit on site and will my account be closed on verification. Chat agent asked to conform of I am really from country that's listed in T&C as restricted. I answered that yes and sent screen shot of locotion. Right away recieved message:
Following a recent review by our Fraud Department, we have identified activity on your account that is not in line with our terms and conditions. As a result, your account has been suspended and will remain suspended until we receive your explanations via email.
If you believe this action was taken in error, you are welcome to submit an appeal for further review. Please send your appeal, including any relevant information or documentation, to [email protected].
When submitting your appeal, please make sure to include your casino nickname or the email address used to register your account.
Why this kind comunication - just block.Not explain or solve, but block with copy / paste answer.
Facts:
- Registred from country Latvia, was using site from country Latvia, also when chat took in place;
- I have construction business in sweden, so I am time by time there and use sometimes VPN in Sweden Latvian or Latvia Swedish, depending where am. I brought this up because for sure it my be told that I on porpouse tried to access site, but its not the case, especially that I wanted to cash out normally, not lose funds
What I would like to have from this:
1. Why I was alloved to register and play? How its possible that I registred, deposited and now understand that I would never woukd have paid. Why its just my responsibility? This site has so many restricted regions
2. How to proceed with this, is there point to somehow prove myself? Or I just accept that site takes everything - deposits, rewards & at the end of the day I am only resposible here anyhow and played without possibility to wit at all.
