Highroller withdrawl

Hi guys,

not really a complaint but not sure where else to post, any help would be great.

I am trying to withdraw fund from my highroller account that i have not used in some time (i move to Leovegas) i went back and played with funds i did not realise was still in the account along with lots of coins i wager through spin buying.

Now i want to cash out £1250 but those funds i used for this deposit a while ago was with a bank card that has long since expired so i dont have it (i have uploaded details of my current card to keep playing on there) they have request photo evidence of the old card which i cant provide, any help as to what i can do?

I chatted online with staff but they only said i need to provide details as requested in the email :(

 
Have you tried contacting your bank? Maybe they have some sort of backup of the card they issued? It sounds kind of dodgy that they want your previous proof of identity when you clarely are the owner of the account, sounds to me that they want to use an excuse. You should ask @LetsGiveItASpin he is affiliated with them. Maybe he can help if your bank can`t help you.

I hope everything goes well buddy, I know it sucks :/  

Just don`t play there anymore until the issue is resolved

 
You can ask the bank to send a letter confirming that the old card has been cancelled and replaced.

When I had this issue, I went to Lloyds on the high street and they printed it out in branch and I scanned it through to the casino. Withdrawal was processed the next day.

 
hey guys i thought i woulf update, i contacted Kim and he will take a look for me.

since i have hit 48 ways of purples on Donuts @ £2.50 and 2108x on book of dead @ £5 taking my blance to over 13k that i cant withdrawl ?
