High Roller casino complaint

Ok here we go after 2 days back and forward and every excuse under the sun I won round about $38 off a free off there free spins and this was ment to be wager free. After waiting to be verified I gambled this up and down winning $1000+ unlocking more free spins along the way and finally after being told everything was good and I was verified and my money was on my way and congrats from the airport I got this email below. This is utter bullshit and I have herd every excuse but this one takes the cake.i only eva depoisted $40 can anyone suggest what I should do next as this is utter bull shit I have all the live chat saved.

Plus I might add I had this upto $4000. I could not find my free games for xmas and chat told me to try and log into fat santa and see if they work as I did and I told them they worked and nothing else was said until now what can I do? Anybody

The free spins were the daily free ones for xmas and they are wager free there was only 10 the only weired thing was beofre when i had it pending 2500 came into my balance out of nowhere and when i told chat they said it was fine then boom all gone and my tansaction was marked aproved and chat told me the money was on its way congrats

this is utter crap they told me congrats on winning the 600 butwhen they took ages verifying my acocunt etc i had 2 even bigger wins and after jumping through hops they came up with this one . i can post myhours of betting history nothing is a miss

Mwah, if casinoground advertise for Highroller then they should try to solve it as well.

They gave you the free spins so that is there fault. If they gave you out of nowhere like a 100eur bonus then could say hey thats weird, but now there was not reason to think a few free spins would be weird

But i think it was a PNG Test on moon P that you should not got and they will not give you the money.

This has happend few time in different casinos, and its always that they dont pay.

I get those freespins daily aswell on highroller, mabye i shouldnt dare using them just "in case they are wrongly given out"?

C'mon Highroller, stop behaving petty. When you entice people to play by distributing free spins, you must also take the consequences those times when you lose.

the fact that the spins were in my rewards section i was told by live chat the game to go to and then to come back and my spins were showing again, and just looking at my betting over the last few days i lost the money from those spins and won on level up spins, ive had trouble with them even from the start with them not adding my correct match bounus but @Sandra-Highroller got on top of that one for me.

Hopefully i get something out of it even if they give a percentage. And even the live chat still tell me its been approved and its on the way to my bank. even tho i showed them the email. im hoping they are talking about just before it got aproved the random $2520 that appraised in my balance and then despaired
