I see you have an issue with casumo. Paying you out 130 euro and you won 350 euro. Have you been told why you have been paid just 130 ?. Was it to do with bonus or wagering terms ? And have you went through the process with customer support asking about your problem ? If so what has casumo came back and told you, so whare do you stand on what casumo has said to you if you have spoken to them. Thanks, craig

As Craig mentioned, this probably has something to do with a bonus money.
Casumo mixes both real money and bonus money together and allows you to withdraw in the same ratio that you were given the bonus. For example 100% bonus would allow you to withdraw half of all the money on your account, until the wagering requirement for the whole sum is reached.
Obviously, if you manage to wager the whole wagering requirement, then you can withdraw all the money from your account.

I had bonus dat i managet the wager to 0 so with 400€ win.I cass out 350€ and play 50€ bat after 2 days they stop the cass out and give me olny 130 back bicause my father have another acount in the same adress i dont aderstent wat is the promble of that and know me father didnt play the last 2 weaks

I think in his case, he deposited 130EUR - which he got refunded, due to account in the same address. Possibly account not verified either.
