Hi guys this is a bit of a long story but I hope you can bare with me and try and help.
I joined through nicks affiliate link played for quite a while and eventually hit a big win happy as pig in shit but then the degenerate took over and I lost it all in less than 24 hrs. So I decided to leave the slots as clearly my luck had got on the next bus and fucked off. So the following day thought I'd give it a go again logged in to see that they had requested more documents. I was already approved and had been through all the source of wealth and everything else, but thought as I'd lost all my profit in about 6 hours that's why they want to see them again. So I sent it all in it all got approved, but this is where shit goes wrong my account is still blocked???? So I go on live chat discuss with them and they tell me it was all approved and don't know why this has happened someone will get back to me shortly. 2 days later I go back on after no contact to be told my account is unblocked and I can play but yet it still shows my account as blocked??? Again someone will get back to you the day after still no contact so I contact them again to see my documents all approved but still my account blocked I go back on live chat to be told it was approved by accident and they want more documents I send all these documents and then they ask for a contact for a payment I received of my friend I explained it was a gift (150.00) and they accepted it. But my account still blocked and documents still showing as approved. Live chat agree that this is wrong I've never spoken to anyone other than live chat and they are confused as now they are asking for documents from child benefit and tax credits even though they have the past 6 months bank statements showing that being paid in. These letters are in a joint name me and the wife ( NOTE THE MONEY USED ON SITE WASNT THIS MONEY IT WAS FROM WAGES ETC). What can i do to get this shit sorted it was over a weekend and i should have had a cashback from them but live chat are saying i never played through the money when clearly i did play through the money and lost nearly 5k. Can someone help get this shit sorted I have complied with everything they have asked but they just keep bullshitting me. Either refund all my deposits or give me my money I'm owed. It's amazing how you can go from winning and then literally losing every penny in 5-6 hours without even a bonus and then they request these documents in the matter of minutes of loosing. Sorry for the long post but hopefully someone can help. I have all the screenshots of the conversations and the proof they approved my documents but still keep me out of the site.
