Help! I've been subjected to fraud what to do? (Video Slots)

Hi my name is Christian Westerlund. I have been subjected to fraud. Someone has opened an account on Video Slots in their own name. To then hack my neteller account and transfer money to Video Slots. The casinos have controls to withdraw money. But they have no control over when you deposit money. I have submitted screenshoots to Video Slots that I have been exposed to this and there with proof that the neteller account that the money comes from. Not under the same name as the one who owns the account on Video Slots. I have made a police report on this and it has been closed down due to probably lack of resources. Such a large billionaire company receives no response at all. This is about a total of 1800 SEK 180 Euro. For me who is severely medically ill, it is vital money. Please someone out there please help me

Hej mitt namn är  Christian Westerlund. Jag har blivit utsatt för bedrägeri. Någon har öppnat ett konto på Videoslots i sitt eget namn . För att sedan hacka mitt neteller konto och fört över pengar till Videoslots. Casinorna har kontroller för att ta ut pengar. Men dom har ingen kontroll på när man sätter in pengar. Jag har skickat in screenshoots till Video Slots att jag har blivit utsatt för detta och där med bevisat att netellerkontot som pengarna kommer ifrån.  Inte är under samma namn som den som står som ägare till kontot på Video Slots. Jag har gjort en polisanmälan på detta och den har blivit nedlagd på grund av antagligen resursbrist. Ett sådant stort miljardföretag får man ingen respons ifrån alls. Detta handlar om totalt 1800 Sek 180 Euro. För mig som är svårt medesinkst sjuk så är det livsavgörande pengar. Snälla någon där ute snälla hjälp mig

I have so many questions right now. How did anyone manage to hack your neteller account? What do you mean by hacking? if it is hacked, you should focus on neteller, not the casino.

And if you're ill and that money is vital, why is it placed on a neteller account?

I get the same feeling, it sounds absolutely off to me..

Hello word hacked may have been the wrong word. I'm not very good at English. Someone in my friendship circle has probably logged into my account. That someone has seen where I have entered my codes or similar. I have no great explanation for this. I have contacted neteller and got all my information changed and more. So at least someone has transferred money from my neteller account to their own gaming account at Videoslots. Therefore, I mean does not Videslots have a responsibility? Is it really possible to transfer money from a neteller account to a gaming account that does not match the gaming account? I have received a response from Video Slots that they have sent this to the responsible department but no more. It was important money I had there. I would just take them out to my bank account, Then I understand that I have a responsibility with. Neteller said I would contact Video Slots!

What is the timeframe? how long has it been since this happened?

It will take a while for Videoslots to investigate, make a decision as to how to deal with it, and to then enact that decision.

Bear in mind that no-one dealing with accounts/legal/advertising/compliance/EDD works in the weekend. Might take some time to find out what is going to happen.

This is beyond everyone here i believe. Its not weird questions to ask about the hacking of his neteller account, and it seems it's not hacked after all. Mabye he should speak to his friends about this...

Also, there is no link between a neteller account and a casino account. The neteller account is linked to an ID number, or an email. Those two e-mails does not have to match in order to make a deposit or withdrawal. But, in order to make a withdrawal from the casino, it has be be done back to neteller, and then you would have to prove your account aswell, and the withdrawal will only be possible back to the account it came from. So, if his friends manage to win a lot, the only way to get that is trough his neteller account, but again, if they dont have the proofs needed to verify, the casino will most likely stop the withdrawal.
