Why does your casino collect peoples personal info for no reason ? I'm a streamer and i made an account and deposited my hard earned money ! They let me play for a few hours and when i tried to log on to do my next stream i was blocked ? I never asked for a cashout and still had wagering left ? yet they block my account and ask for documents ?? Making me miss a stream and possible income ?? It should be the players choice to give there information unless asking for a cashout ! If i lose i may never deposit again , yet you want my personal information and banking info ? Very poor practice in my opinion and you should warn people before you take their hard earned money hostage.

Deposited £100 the other day, got 100% bonus

Lost it

Got the 20 freespins then next day

got up to £90 and cashed out

Got document requests for verification

send the same things I have sent innumerable  other sites int he past without issue. Sites that operate under the same licence.

Its fine, £90 is a small amount to pay for a new quest in life.

My search starts, for any mention of this site on any forum.

They will be shat upon.

Well, meh.

Who am I kidding, I'm too lazy for all that.

I deposited £10 and 30£ on the 1st of feb you took it from my bank, but it never displayed in my player balance on wishmaker I then rang my bank (LLOYDS bank) and they said they are going to cancel the pending withdrawal and contact the payments department at wish maker and tell them not to take the money. You guys said it was a glitch in the uk and the deposit was cancelled. You guys then decided upon yourselves to take the money anyway (£40) and no reflect it in my players balance. Your claiming it’s a glitch but I have just rang up lloyds bank and they gave me the ARN code and the Authorisation number of the transaction for £10 and the same for the transaction for the £30. They confirmed that they can see that the money is sat in your bank so you have blatantly robbed my money and let it sit in your bank without refunding it like Lloyd’s contacted your payments dpeartment to do so. Ricard this needs to be amended ASAP. 5 days and waiting. Would not recommend this casino to anyone as this was my first ever deposit and was taken immediately from my bank and not in my balance. AVOID

Hi there @Lmack7

Who were you in contact with from our side? so that i can track this issue further? Did you provide our customer services team with a bank statement so that we can see that the funds were deducted from your end regarding this particular transaction?

Please get back to me with some more information and I will chase this up for you.

Have a really nice day!

Kind regards

Rickard

@ProBlackbird Sadly we do not offer any bonuses to our Swedish players at this point. For our Swedish players we offer the "Pay n Play" solution which only includes Trustly´s bank transfer solution and with the new SGA regulation coming into effect we cannot offer any bonuses with a wagering requirement to our players from Sweden.  If you are using E-wallets on our Swedish site there is not much that we can offer you at this point.

Please get back to me if you have any further questions.

Have a really nice day!

Kind regards

Rickard

@Rickard Wishmaker

How can you say that you are not allowed to offer Swedish players a welcome bonus? That is complete utter bullshit. I have been in contact a lot with the Swedish gambling commission known as Lotteriinspektionen regarding different things, @LetsGiveItASpin can confirm this. All casinos that operate under the Swedish license can only give 1 bonus for the players, and that is usually the welcome bonus. Check all the other big brands, they are all offering a welcome bonus.

Hi there @Yug0Slavish In essence you are right, every operator has the ability to offer one (1) bonus to the players that it has under their licence. Since we are operating under the MT-secure licence which includes other brands we cannot offer welcome bonuses in good faith because if a player has taken a bonus from "another" brand this player will not be able to claim any additional bonuses hence that player would have a very bad player experience. This is something that the SGA has not adressed so far and we as operators have to work around. This is the main reason that we cannot offer any "welcome" bonuses to our Swedish players at this time.

Please get back to me if you have any further questions.

Hi rickard, I signed up last night and played my first 200 free wish spins on starburst from my first deposit (still having 100 left for next 3 days) winning £30 roughly, then went to primal megaways and turned that into £100 so I thought I'd see if I could withdraw, it said "if you withdraw these funds you will forfeit the remaining wish spins on starburst" so I thought that's fine as I get the £100 but as soon as I pressed agree, no withdrawal had been processed and the £100 is not in my account anymore, i have contacted and they say it's because wagering was not completed, but that's why I forfeited the bonus, at no point did it say I couldn't withdraw them funds, please help,

Regards

Hi there Robbie,

I have now credited your account with  100 GBP and you can request a withdrawal of these funds if you wish.

I apologize for the unclear message when you were trying to request a withdrawal. The reason you got that message was that the bonus wallet had a old bonus on top of this new one which caused the system to forfeit both your "new" bonus (the one with 100 GBP) and your first bonus that had a few pence left on it. Normally these old bonuses expire within 7 days and removes these small bonus balances on your account, but if you are a active player and receive several bonuses this issue may occur.

To avoid this issue in the future, make sure if you have any old bonuses that have a few pence left to wager are being forfeited before you take a new bonus. These two will be stacked on top of each other if there is a "old" bonus left in the system. This clears the bonus wallet on your account so that the "new" bonuses wont have anything to stacked with.

Please get back to me if you have any further questions.

Have a really nice weekend!

Kind regards

Rickard

Thankyou do much rickard I cant thankyou enough, I do have a withdrawal of £400 still pending after 36 hours already, documents have been approved and account verified, any ideas on when the withdrawal will be approved?

Many thanks,

Robbie

Hi again Robbie,

I can see that you requested a withdrawal on the 4th and usually it takes between 24 - 48 hours for the withdrawal to be processed, so hopefully the funds will arrive to you within a day or two.

Please get back to me if you have any further questions.

Kind regards

Rickard

Any chance of being able to use PayPal to deposit and withdraw? Waiting two days for a withdrawal (not that I've had any yet!) puts you way behind lots of your competitors.

Hi BoracicLint,

Sadly we do not offer PayPal as a deposit or withdrawal method. We do offer Neteller or Skrill though which would be a faster option.

Please get back to me if you have any further questions.

Kind regards

Rickard
