Have I breached the T&C's of LVbet

I gambled a £50 win on reel king and forgot that the T&C say The maximum bet (including additional features such as gamble and/or mini games) allowed cannot be greater than £5 or amount equivalent in other currencies (5 EUR, 5 USD, 50 SEK, 25 PLN or 150 CZK) until the wagering requirements have been met. Bets of larger amounts until bonus is fully wagered will not be accepted. Should LV BET deem that irregular game play has occurred, LV BET reserves the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings.

Have I breached the terms?

Yep you did £50 on the gamble ladder, clearly states including additonal features such as gamble and or mini gambles so would also be £5 max.

 
I always stop play and talk to live support immediately if I mess something up. So far the casinos I've been at has been understanding, though I've never done 10 times the max bet.

You should definetly try contacting the support and see what they say, some will pay it out and some won't, just hope for the best.
