Hi I deposited £50 on Griffton casino and won 17k from it I had wagering to complete I completed and withdrawn the cash out also received the email that withdrawal has been processed and now the emailing me saying they have declined the cash out because I played a game I shouldn't of but they ain't telling me which game I played I should of been made aware of this and it should have sonthing in place to stop me from playing that game n wagering should not of been minuses from that game then

You are solely responsible for checking the terms and conditions. If you played a game that wasn’t allowed then you are in the wrong unfortunately. My feedback is that Casinos will always find a way to not pay you out somehow so make sure not to give them a reason to not pay you
