[Grand Ivy] Banned and confiscated all the winnings

So I just been contacted, obv after trying to withdraw, that my withdrawal has been cancelled and account stipped of any promotions, also cannot make any mre accounts within the network. It is the standard maximum bet thingie. After reviewing it, turns ou that I indeed made one, ONE bet of 7.5. The thing that annoys me most and actually makes me wonder though, is the fact that after this they allowed me to play for next 6days, win big, and then confiscate eveything - 2,2k pounds from 100 depo - once I cleared it. The rule states as follows:

- Significant Clause 13 - The maximum bet for any of your bonus funds is limited to £5. Should you bet higher than this using your bonus funds, you revoke such bonus funds and they shall be removed from your account.

Well, technically, I still had bonus after making the bet and nothing was confiscated, I had cleared all the bonus and hence, they confiscated the cash balance!

Yes, I am aware that casinos can do whatever with my funds and account, but can anyone think of anything that could help?

Guys when will you finally stop playing at this shit WhiteHat Gaming Group??? Because they do this shit on a daily basis one bet over the max bet and the money is gone obivously its your fault but any other decent casino wouldnt bitch about it like this Scam WHG......

 
@signify like @Rexxor420 says, White Hat unfortunately ban people for just about anything. They have even banned multiple users for not depositing on their sites without bonus. Funniest thing about it, is they send a lot of deposit bonuses to you and if you use too many you will probably get banned. Just really bad, personally I will never play there again. Feel free to ask before signing up to a site, here in the forum.

Yeah, you just have to admit it is kinda funny.

Anyways, I am not stopping here, going to take a usual path with bombarding emails to different organisations. Also, if anyone's albe to help, I'm happy to pay a quarter of it.

The problem here is you broke the bonus terms even if it was only one spin like i said any other decent casino would handle this differently but WHG is known for shit like that.

 
Well before I was banned I made 1 spin where on Rainbow Riches Reels of Gold on a WHG and the £440 that I won was cancelled. I did complain and ended up with a £130 gesture of good will. This was 666casino in my case but still a WHG casino. I went through ECOGRA.

I enjoy and haven't had problems with MT Secure Trade sites. LeoVegas, VeraJohn and 32Red (despite long withdrawal times) Pokerstars,Highroller and Mr Green. These have all been fine with me. UK based of course.

 
You should write to them over and over again. That you did one missklick and you going to report this to MGA. They usually give u money to not do it then.

Had a simular post with this one year ago. Casimba caonfiscated 22000€ due to 2 missklick. Also note that i work as an affiliate for them, they gave me 2000€ if i shut up
