[GIVEAWAY] Street Fighter II (NetEnt)

66x for the random draw.

To say I was confused at first is an understatement, but after first Bonus I read the rules and 'Think' I understand, though still not 'Au Fait' with how the special move is used, or why it helps the opponent, more often it result in your character losing health points.
It also takes a while to distinguish between 'Beat Up' symbols of normal symbols of the same character.

Base game is very harsh as its essentially a Grind game (all be it a quick one normally less than 100 spins to complete) so no quick visit to grab a bonus.
The game regularly goes 30-40 spins without a win (Cluster Pay) on in the worst case for me went 88 spins without a win so can take the balance quickly, which i suppose it has to as there is always a reward at the end of the build.Though the Car Smash bonus seems to religiously pay 15x, so not a great reward. I can't see how it can pay in the base game, even after many cascades and 5 special move power ups the base game paid the grand total of 33x. And the cluster pays don't seem to form more than 7 as a cluster.

Not sure whether I'll try to get a bigger win again soon as I've its cost 500 time stake to get one Boss Free spins Bonus in just over 1000 spins, but think I'll will lay again in the future for nostalgia reasons, as didn't get to see (fight) all the characters.

Is there possibility to cheat this competition by simply building towards the Beat The Boss freespins on a high stake, say £10 then switch to 40p for the trigger to represent a bigger x win as the Bonus is based on average stake on the build?

Hey Guys,

If you're worried about the base game being hard try stepping down the character you choose.  The CHaracter REALLY makes a difference on the experience.  KEN is the roughest ride but with the biggest potential pay out.  Versus Ken you can make the ride a bit softer with Chun Li, Blanka or the Russian Beast Zangief.  Hope that helps!

Game is brutal in the base even with Zangief being a less volatile. Will try with less volatilty on my next go, but my experience is not a great one. Game is fun, aesthetics are spot on for a blast to the past and with the soundtrack to boot and the premise is fantastic, I just wish that it was a little kinder!

really enjoy the slot. Struggled largely with the high volatile fighters and couldn’t get a bonus with them so decided to go with a less volatile and got in straight away. Slot is very unique and provides an extremely good amount of entertainment for my money. Favourite NetEnt slot by far!

Feedback: fun slot with genuinely new mechanics, quite refreshing compared to same old, same old. Took me a while to figure out what was actually going on. Base game can have a lot of dead spins which gets a bit boring. When the wins come they can be quite decent and the "cascades" last a while. Not a fan of the option to buy a bonus replay, and really not a fan of the car smash game, but overall a good slot

Got this 389.75x on Betsafe. Surely brings back memories when I played this on Sega. Theme is great and also volatility is pretty high which brings big potential. 10/10.

I neither like the look and the game itself. It's just not a cool mechanic. If you are a big Street Fighter Fan maybe you can give it a try but to play just some fun games you will skip this. Play some Finns Golden Tavern if you want to play nice NetEnt's  :D

Well had to give this another go, hadn't fought Guile and wanted to see if my first impressions were wrong having only played 1000 spin, normally like to reserve judgement till I've done 10,000 spins.

I'm so glad I gave it another go. I will always be left wondering what if I'd have bought a replay for the M Bison fight but though £150 was abit steep, looking back £200 of the total winnings was won on the last Boss so would probably have been worth it (seen as he kicked my ass so probably wouldn't have been any worse). I like the reward for beating M Bison like topping the tower on Steam Tower you get 100x stake. I will definitely be back to 'Complete it'.

You're right about the Characters and their volatility, played after my big win with Ryu and hit another quick feature, was much kinder to the balance.

Feedback: played with Chun-li and got quite lucky hitting 7 wilds in like 9 times in a row during free spins. Unfortunately didn't hit the bonus.

It's quite a grindy game, less than hellcatraz but enough probably to deter casual players especially with the high volatility. Think will give it another shot sometime.

Played on Betsafe for 53x vanilla win

Feedback:

I picked  Honda which is less volatile character , and luckily manage to get the bonus in just under 200 spins. Was able to finish the 1st boss, but took to much damage and vega ended me. I think the old school street fighter graphic/sfx makes its alot of fun to play this slot and the bonus seems to be paying alright.

Gave it another 1500 spins or so on got an improved win on my previous post on casinoeuro: 178x

i think i am the guy with entry nr 185 from the streamers comp. who won some merch ,just saw this now cause i am in hospital atm. will i get a message for this ot what should i do?

Saw this game through the streamers challenge so checked it out. At first it seems so confusing but got the hang of it. Although the two symbols for each character were easily confused and I still don’t know what’s different about them.

One thing I found odd was that I was almost praying not to get wilds!!! They mostly benefitted the opponent and helped them get a KO. One screen they replaced all my characters symbols so I found they weren’t a benefit as much as in other games.

unlike others I didn’t find this game stripped my balance too much.

top win for me on 40p so far  is 152x on Betsafe - image attached.

Don’t think it’ll be the biggest win but 🤞

Ahhh,

Street Fighter 2, the game that got me hooked on videogames.

I remember the location of every chip shop, arcade, and video rental outlet in my hometown that had a cabinet. I used to wander between them armed with my Ting Ting Wire.

I don't know if other people had Ting Ting Wires or if they called them the same, I'll explain;

Steal some of this from your local garden shop:

Cut a length about 30 cm long then use a stolen cigarette lighter, preferably stolen from your grandparents, to heat a section about 4cm from the end. Once soft enough bend the nylon wire back on itself so there is a little hook.

Should look like this:

You now have a Ting Ting Wire.

When no one is looking you slide it into the coin slot and press it in, until you feel the hook click over the coin registering mechanism, then quickly make little jerking movements in and out; Ting Ting Ting Ting - endless credits.

Need to be in the early 90's for this to work.

Anyway, mastered the game, always trying to get 100% perfect on every fight, except the last boss as I'd  would always be attempting to get xx draw rounds with him to trigger the secret boss Sheng Long - was just a rumour though, there was no Sheng Long.

I choose to believe there is!

There it is, always chasing an impossible dream and trying to get something for nothing, not much changed here.

Onto The Slot game.

They have captured the feeling really well and used the assets with a lot of thought. Can't fault it really, maybe they could have used some kind of dizzy mechanic when there was a load of connections? Nah, it's really good just the way it is.

Really enjoyed it despite the fact it played out the same way for me over 3 different sites: It always, at £0.40 bet, took £160 to £180 off me before I got to the first boss fight, one of the sites I didn't even get a boss fight with £200, trying all the characters. Once I had that first one out of the way then they were more frequent. I'm not saying it's built that way, that it won't let you  near the freespins until you have invested enough into it to cover a chunk of the winnings, it is just how it played out for me.  My luck has been so awful this year that I don't expect to hit any freespins, in any game, whether I do 500 or 1000 spins.

Hate it how it will frequently go 25-50 spins without a win, pay you 5-10x then another 25-50 spins before the next win.

I think all in all, despite initially losing £160-£180 initially  on three different sites, I only ended up down £150 overall so it does pay you back somewhat.

My entry for the Comp - 407x at Betsafe, nice site by the way.
