Must be the shittiest "policy" ever, why hold the funds for 48 hours and then process the withdrawal makes no sense, is this the year 2005?

Pretty needless to say, but you can still cancel the withdrawal and play with the funds

Maybe it's something similar to stock market, brokers need an underwriter/lender/processor/creditor  who gives them a line of credit for instant transactions because it takes 2 days for money to "clear" when buying/selling stocks.
