GENESIS CASINO 11 DAYS PENDING WITHDRAWAL

I have a withdrawal that is now pending for 11 days I have contacted live chat multiple times and have been told it has been escalated to the relevant department and will be processed soon and to be patient. I've never experienced a wait of 11 days before. I've had the account for a while now and 1800 withdrawal on the 10th April and have never reversed that withdrawal.

surely they are breaching their own terms and conditions and with withdrawal stuck on pending at the moment and I have no idea when it will be processed and neither do the agents.

 
I stopped gambling because of these scam casinos. It’s brutal trying to get paid out these days. It’s an awful experience every time it seems.

 
I closed my account on genesis it's a terrible site. First time I played there I verified my account, won, withdrew, and closed the account for a week ( I always close my accounts while waiting for a withdrawal) they denied my withdrawal request and said I needed to submit another piece of ID to verify my account...so I did that and got it verified but then my account stayed closed for about 8 months with my money just sitting on it lol.

After it reopened I played and doubled my money withdrew and closed account after getting my withdrawal. Shit site and shit customer service.
