Gambling pause

Hey there,

in my mind i wrote this thread two weeks ago. But i thought: nah, you just make a pause, nobody will be interested. After playing almost everyday since a year or so, with a lot of insane wins (30k x win on lil Devil, 3k x on Bonanza) i thought i have to stop for some time, just to control myself again. I have no big problems with money, debt or something, but of cause i loose money. So two weeks ago i stopped gambling. 7 days no Problem than i do „just one deposit of 20€“. After the 4th deposit i won 500€ and cashed out. Two hours later i canceled the withdraw and gambled away all the money. Ffs i am stupid. Next day i got 10 freespins on 0,20€ and made 600€ and cashed it out. Yay, revanche was Perfect. After three days it was on my Bank account. Meanwhile i made a few deposits (about 250€) so the win was 450€. This money plus 250€ is gone now and i will stop now. Next deposit will be in October.

sorry for stealing your time, i just want to write it down, maybe some of you Is in The Same Position and will stop now cause of my Story 😁👍

 
thanks for sharing this, if just one person stops when he/she see this then it was worth your time.

Been there myself, got the huge wins. But still gambled, never lost it all back to the casino. In all i am by some crazy luck in profit, but i also needed a longer break to calm down. Have been playing more than usual lately, but only because i hit a 5000x. But i am much better to take a break once in a while. 

Please try and not make that deposit before oktober and keep your promise. And if you make it to oktober why not one more month, i had a year off gambling started saying one month and then one more and so on. Once again good luck 

 
It's good to take regular breaks from gambling. 

I usually deposit up to a 100 Euro and even if I win or loose, I close my account for a week.

I only play at up to 5 casinos, but they are closed at different times so I can't spend to much anyway. 🙂 

This year I am up around 6K Euro overall.

If you play to much without regular breaks It's so easy to get sucked into games, and then do silly things.. 

Keep your promise, and don't gamble before October. That's good for you, and it will clear your head. 🙂

@Whitey a good advice to also take a break from the Streamers, when i had my break, then watching a Streamer get a big win on my favorite slot could trigger me, to give it a few spins. From my own experience there was multiple advantage of taking a break from the slots and Streamers at the same time. When i made a return after 8 month, then there was a huge amount of big win videos to watch. Many new slots to try and best of all after my long break i was able to control myself 100% i always set a Max deposit limit for a month and never break it. 

That was what worked for me, others maybe feel that watching a Streamer Help them stay off gambling and good for them if it works. But i know many who used the Streamers to stay off gambling but after some time they also have to give the Streamers a break because it will make most people want to gamble.

Thanks for your advice. I turned off every YouTube notes and recommendation for gambling related videos. I only watch LGIAS as a streamer and know what he is depositing 😁
