Ive never heard of a casino that had a limit on the bet amount, but it is in their T&C's:

I didnt know anything about that casino , i just saw adds of their casino thought it was good with high bonuses offers for the first then after I was up from real cash to that amount , I  heard people saying its on black list then I lost all the trust over casino

Betting rules

You must bet according to the specific rules of the game you are playing. We reserve the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings and bonuses for irregular play.

"Irregular play" includes, inter alia:

Placing total bets equal to or greater than 30% of the value of the deposit currently in play.

Using Martingale, double-up and similar systems and strategies.“Total bets” is defined as the sum of individual bets (lines, chips, hands, etc.) within a round, i.e., the total bet amount when clicking the “spin” or “play” or equivalent button.

In cases where a bonus was received, additional betting rules may apply as defined by the General Bonus Terms & Conditions and Terms & Conditions of the specific bonus.

Why did'nt you read and furthermore why did you break the rules? A casino holding a 30% bet limit on top of your withdrawl screams financial liability all over the place for me. They have a 5k withdrawl limit per monthly basis; and on top of it there's no license listed on their website either.

So why do you play at these scammy casino's in the first place?

The guy has just had 35k, he thought was coming his way, taken away from him.

Not everyone reads the T&C until something like this has drawn their attention to the importance of it.

It has been an expensive lesson.

The casino wins again. They have more moves then a chest board. Maybe start thinking about walking away from gambling. It’s a lifetime of hell. Trust me on that.

Common thing with these dodgy casinos, unfortunately you won't be seeing that money, that's the risk uve taken even playing there, I'm sure it's horrible for you, any gambler knows that casinos with these massive offers and dodgy licenses can't be trusted at all, there's a fella on here who's waiting for 50k for nyspins, they ain't dodgy and he been waiting three month's, u have zero chance.

Well if there willing to pay you that then ud assume you have done nothing wrong so they should pay you it all, I really don't know what you can do, ask them how you broke the terms and conditions and see what they say

It's stated in the terms and conditions listed on their website. And to be honest it was'nt a 50 page T&C, nope it was a pretty clear one too. I find it odd that a casino holds a 30% bet limit based on your deposit. But this is a sign for me about financial liability. 2nd is that there's no license listed on the website. So it's a dogdy one too. Your basicly fighting against a terms and conditions you agreed on upon signup. You'd lose that in court.
Yeah he's pretty screwed then

@mrvegananderson I have looked up the reputation and I have read the T&C of said casino.
Without knowing the full details, I would probably be all over that EUR 1500 offer, ask the mods right now to take away this thread out of sight and see if you get that money. It is 1500 more than you'll likely get after complaints, and if all fails you can still post about it as much as you want.
I find it reasonably plausible that you have broke the 'wagered 30% or more of deposit' rule, fair or not.
Also if bonus money is involved or if you have imposed 'deposit limits', you are likely to have breached more of their T&Cs.
p.s. I have no account at casino in question or any of their casino group, nor would I ever create one. Just giving you my 2 cents about this.

should  i ring bank and tell them what happen and see if i can get my deposits returned or just wait try to see if they pay my money first then i moved on , or report casino to my bank and get my money refund that i spend on there ,maybe would best thing if this chargebacks work

this is the reason I dont gamble outside Leovegas / Unibet / Betsafe.
I only going to gamble on sunvegas and playclub only places can be trusted, the rest of casinos I dont like the british all casino asks to much documents just to verify and account to deposit , I am sick off it

Yeah dude, so sick I feel so pissed feel like being scammed and I cant do anything about it even thought it was all my money that I build from my own real cash deposits , they just it took all the way and dont even feel bad for me.. probably enjoying my money

FWIW, there are several other T&C in place that by itself are not unreasonable, but just are not there at better casino's.
Some examples, some context may be lost because of the quoting:

  • Funds deposited in the Account shall be available for use within twenty four (24) hours from receipt of money (or earlier where possible). The twenty four (24) hour time frame specifically excludes the time that the financial institution, or other payment provider, take to process the transfer.
  • Withdrawal requests will be limited to a minimum of €100 per withdrawal request. Any request lower than this amount will be declined, and the funds will be returned to the player's balance. A player may then place a new withdrawal request in line with this limit.
  • Should you place deposit limits on your account, any withdrawal request will be limited to five (5) times the deposit limit, and not exceed €5,000 per thirty (30) day period. Any requests exceeding this amount will be declined, and the funds will be returned to your Account balance. You may then place a new withdrawal request in-line with this limit.
  • If a player's accumulated deposit amount does not exceed €200, player will be entitled only up to X10 last deposit. This maximum payout will be enforced also in cases where the player made additional deposits which were deemed at the sole discretion of the Casino to have been made in order to exceed the €200 accumulated deposit amount.

Why would you play at this site? There should be bells ringing when you visit their page, looks amature and so old school.
Read reviews before signing up and risking your money away.

Check if you can hire some legal advice, it doesn't seem like they got any gambling linsence whatsover.

I'm sorry to here the struggle you have had trying to recieve your winnings.

As per the advice you have already recieved I would just express the importance to only play with fully licensed casinos to ensure that any wins like this in the future are not lost.

I feel for you alot, having won 35500 and expect that to be hitting your account and for it to just dissapear is such a horrible situation but one that legally I feel you would struggle to take to court etc.

Best of luck for the future

Hey mate.. sorry to hear about your story.. i've heard a million like that.

Here's my practical advice:

1. See if the casino has a date on their T&C. They should. If so, see if that maybe they added that 30% amendment after your withdrawal request. If so, you're in luck and you can prove you didn't do anything wrong. Take a screenshot and send their finance department.

2. If not (most likely) - take their offer and run. You will not get your 35K in any way, shape or form. There is no police to report to as you don't even know what jurisdiction they belong to and no license means that it's basically the wild west. If they are offering you money which is equal to or more than your initial deposit - take it.

3. Don't play there again.

Good luck!

^^ Telling from the screenshots, there probably is another option: to charge back to your credit card.

This really is a last resort and likely to bring new troubles. First of all sometimes deposits to creditcards for gambling transactions is sometimes excluded. Then you probably have to deal with the fraud department of credit card company. Your card may have to be replaced.

Btw, if OP is from the UK: as far as I know since a while the UKGC licensed casino's are no longer allowed to accept cc deposits. Non licensed casino's are illegal anyway.

Not knowing too many details I would still probably accept the 1500 from casino, or if deposits are more than that, haggle to get total amount of deposits back.

I may be wrong. Best of luck!
