Hello,
Am wondering if anyone can help me with this please.
So i joined Gallo Casino on the 28th of January, 2021 and didn't opt in for any bonus money. I made two deposits of £3090.95, & £2742.64,
that day and lost both. A week later i went on to make three other deposits £423.42, £635.23 and £477.81 and happen to won in excess of 15000€ of which I lost 6900€ in order to win more, cut the long story short, when i put down the money as a withdrawal request of 8104€, i received an email from that it is under review and will be processed in 2-5 Business days and today i got an email from their Finance team stating :
As part of our regular withdrawal review process, we have seen that the terms and conditions of the casino were not met. Our Terms and Conditions prohibit placing single bets equal to or greater than 30% from the value of the deposit.We have therefore cancelled your withdrawal request and removed the winnings.
My concern is that I have been betting in excess of 30% of the value of the deposit when i joined in and they approved all of the bets i put in place, why is this rule come in place when i have kind of matched even of what i have deposited overall.
Can someone please help me with this?
