If you got to top 10 all fair and square, then you could say its not fair to people in top 10, but you didnt. As you see all the screenshots in this thread, many people could not even enter.

There is always gonna be someone that can say it was unfair because he was unable to finish all the spins. I don't like changing rules on the ongoing giveaway. If something wasnt working fix it on next freeplay tournament.

Ofc you'll answer for reroll, since there is 10 winners and about 200 participates. It gives you second chance to win, you woudn't talk that way if you were top 10, as i'm in this comp.

Sure, there always is. And in tournamnets like this by Yggdrasil have always offered a fix mid tournament, not in this case. But im just happy that they gonna fix the issue for upcoming  tournaments.

Me too, I understand reroll if someone participate in random draw, he followed all the rules and wasnt included in the raffle. When the comp says top 10, it was clear who should win.

 
As I said previously, slightly disappointing that I'm likely to miss out on a prize now but the fact that CG/provider gives me the chance to win is awesome so I'm not too bothered.

I just feel that I need to say that I've had problems in the past with these tournaments which has made it impossible for me to win. Things such as accidently keeping my VPN on and being locked out due to that (and it fails to load again), or clicking the "Promo Info" button after registering (refreshes the page and can't re-register/login), or having too many tabs open causing overheating mid game (refreshes the page), or even just random glitches that kick me out mid game. 

This is one of the few tournaments I've been able to compete on after using knowledge of previous issues etc to get it to work. And never once complained about any of the above issues.

So I am slightly curious to what extent this was an issue. How many people could play vs those who couldn't? And any possibility that the 'regulars' are having a disproportionate influence on this?

Anyways, that aside hopefully the games are less buggy going forwards! And roll on a random draw if that's what CG/provider decides!

ofc, i'm defending the price that I win normally, your technical issue is not my problem at all.

 
Guys - I appreciate all the feedback, but we always keep it fair to all. Relax tournaments have much much lower issues as compared to this one.

This are extreme circumstances and the only way it's fair for everyone (those who managed and those who didnt) is a random draw amongst all participants.

It's very unlikely that your score would be in the top 10 if everyone could play this tourney as normal. No need to complain, random draw is the only fair option due to these circumstances. I've lost a prize before due to a redraw, and did not complain at all. These things happen from time to time.

 
I feel more bad for the people spending hours grinding the tournament for a top 10 placement than the people not being able to play it 🤣and no im not saying this because i was in the top 10 Kappa

I spent like 1.5 hour to get up to the 10th place. Than got kicked out from the top 10 half day later. So I assume I not gonna win anyway :)

 
Hey it is what it is, i was 5th here but no relog option and bugs like this time in tournament where you can grind is very bad RTP 🤣.

I will do you guys one better and tell i never recived one prize - never arrived in mail 😓. But lets remember its free money that we can win having fun.

Random draw will be fair for all participants, lets hope they can work on problems and on next one it will be good  :D .

@Skylined87 small question - earlier on when turnaments didnt open on in forum small popup window there was possibilty to go back to all turnaments that didnt have login option through link in history - maybe we could at least add page link somewhere there? It would save many ppl if we could copy it and use in case of crash/interten connection problem.

 
Please remember that this was a free promotional event provided by the slot provider and Casino Grounds to gain exposure for a new slot.

There was widespread technical issues, the integrity of the leaderboard was compromised, as the majority of participants were unable to successfully complete the tournament.

The leaderboard is therefore inaccurate. The decision to implement a random prize draw ensures a fair outcome for all players who entered.

If you dont like it and you went to cry and moan about the decision to do a random draw, then leave.

On the subject of “unlimited” spins. I also prefer 500 spins for everyone. That way, everyone has the same chances. I don't have time to play the slot all day long either. That means my chances are very slim. That's just my opinion. These are free tournaments, which I always enjoy and like to participate in, but feedback is also important and I think CG appreciates it. Thank you and keep up the good work 🥳
