After trying Lucy Luck and the Quest for Coins from Slotmill in the freeplay tournament, I honestly think it’s a well-built slot that fits a competitive format really well. The adventure treasure hunting theme feels light and fun without being complicated. The visuals are clean and colorful without going over the top, and Lucy as a character gives the game some personality so it doesn’t feel generic. The animations when key symbols land are smooth and satisfying to watch.

The biggest strength, in my opinion, is the bonus feature potential. The coin collection mechanic keeps every spin interesting because it feels like something could build up at any moment. Once you start seeing progress toward the feature, the tension rises and it naturally pushes you to keep spinning. For a tournament setting, that kind of momentum is important. The “Fast Track” option is also a strong addition, especially for players who want to play more aggressively and chase big moments faster.

That said, when the bonus doesn’t show up for a while, the base game can feel a bit flat. In some sessions, the rhythm slows down and the excitement drops slightly. In a competitive format, that can affect the overall momentum. Also, the sound effects during big wins could be more impactful. Big moments should feel bigger and more dramatic compared to regular wins.

If I could suggest improvements, I’d add small random mini-features in the base game maybe surprise coin drops, small random multipliers, or a more dramatic near miss animation to keep the energy up even before the main bonus triggers. Improving the sound design during big wins and bonus entries would also help create stronger emotional impact. A clearer visual progress system, like a journey bar or evolving adventure map, could make the overall experience feel even more immersive.

Overall, the foundation is strong and it works very well for tournaments. With a bit more variation in the base game and stronger audiovisual impact, this slot could become even more engaging and memorable.

Game is fun, the mechanics are unique and i love the ''theme of it'', however, after trying it in the tournament and considering the amount of super bonuses i got and the results of them, i think the slot is too volatile for me, but i guess it is exactly what some other people are looking for! I was more lucky in the normal bonus with the 100x buy, so theres options for players who want to play to get a MEGA win but also for low volatility.
Overall 8.5/10. Good work Slotmill.

SlotMill is constantly providing new fresh slots with cool mechanics. The overall presentation is strong: visuals are polished, animations are smooth, and the sound design does a great job supporting the gameplay without becoming distracting. Fast Spin is genuinely fast, but still clear enough that you can follow what’s happening on screen and stay engaged with each round, which isn’t always a given with high-speed modes.

I really like the super bonus where coins gets sticky and gets saved within different spins. The game itself feels very volatile using the super bonus fast track as the result of super bonuses you get there feels less strong then when you buy it. Still a very good game and got decent hits on the free trial spins, even if I wasn't able to qualify for the leaderboard.

Only suggestion would be the quality of the chests "behind the screen", the ones you unlock by hitting symbols, they are a bit too simple considering the quality of other assets.

A big thumbs up goes towards the multi-meter. I found it very cool and it makes the slot super enjoyable, especially on level-up when you get those wilds or extra coins.

I wouldn't have called the "gamble" feature on the fast track, but more likely mistery bonus as it's not a proper classic gamble, but you get a random amount of bonus symbols which will get either normal or super bonus.

Overall, a very funny game, will surely include it in my next bonus hunt!

After trying the demo of Lucy Luck and the Quest for Coins, I did not feel like I was playing a typical spin-and-wait slot. The game has its own rhythm. It begins calmly, but once the symbols start connecting, the momentum builds naturally. A single spin can turn into a chain of wins, and that moment feels genuinely exciting because it happens unexpectedly, not because the game forces it.

What stood out to me the most is how the coin feature and multipliers work together. Even small wins feel meaningful, as if they are slowly preparing something bigger. You can sense the game “warming up,” and when the bonus round finally appears, the pace changes completely. The screen becomes more active, the combinations feel richer, and the tension rises in a way that makes you want to keep playing just to see how far the sequence can go. These moments feel rewarding because they come from patience rather than instant luck.

Strengths:

The strongest aspect of this slot is its sense of progression. It does not feel random or repetitive, and the adventure theme blends naturally with the mechanics. The combo potential and high win ceiling add excitement, especially for players who enjoy high-risk, high-reward gameplay. Each spin feels connected to the next, creating the impression that every result has value.

Weaknesses:

The slower start may not suit everyone. Players who prefer quick and frequent payouts might find the early spins a bit quiet. Some of the mechanics also take a few rounds to fully understand, particularly for first-time players.

Suggestions:

A slightly faster base game or clearer visual indicators for progress and multipliers would make the experience smoother and more engaging from the beginning, especially for new players.

Overall:

Based on my demo experience, this slot stands out because it builds anticipation and delivers its best moments at the right time. It is designed for players who enjoy buildup, combo potential, and the feeling that every spin contributes to something bigger. Instead, it feels more rewarding the longer you stay and explore how its features connect with each other. Definitely a solid choice for those who appreciate Slotmill’s innovation.

I actually liked Lucy Luck and the Quest for Coins way more than I thought I would. It doesn’t feel like your standard slot at all because of the cluster setup — you’re not just sitting there waiting for paylines, you’re watching for groups to connect and hoping the cascades keep rolling. When the symbols keep dropping after a win, it gets exciting really fast.
The coin features are easily the best part for me. When a few value coins land together, you instantly start thinking, “okay, this could be something.” Then you’re just hoping more drop in or a multiplier shows up. Those moments are the most fun because you can feel the potential building.
I also played a lot with Xtra Bet turned on and honestly, it felt like I was triggering bonuses more often that way. Could’ve just been a lucky streak, but I had a few really nice free spins runs with it active. It just made the whole game feel more alive and less slow.
It’s definitely not a chill, low-volatility slot — there are some dry spells — but when it hits, it can actually hit pretty nicely. That balance of waiting it out and then getting those bigger moments is what kept me going.
Overall, it’s a cool, modern slot with good vibes. If you’re okay with a bit of risk and like chasing those bigger swings, it’s a solid one to play.

I really enjoyed playing Lucy Luck and the Quest for Coins in the freeplay tournament because the game feels fast, modern, and visually polished. The coin mechanics, multipliers, and Fast Track feature make every session exciting, especially when chasing bigger combos. One of the biggest strengths of Slotmill here is the smooth gameplay and creative bonus design, while CasinoGrounds makes the experience more fun by hosting active tournaments and giving players a chance to compete without risk. However, the game can feel quite high volatility at times, which may be tough for casual players, and the Fast Track feature can seem expensive compared to regular spins. For improvement, Slotmill could add a slightly lower-risk mode or more balanced bonus entry options, while CasinoGrounds could make review threads easier to navigate and highlight the most helpful feedback from the community. Overall, it’s a stylish and competitive slot experience that becomes even better thanks to the community driven event format.

Graphics & Theme:
Theme description:
→ Adventurous Indiana Jones vibes slot
Graphics and animations are very high quality, would not expect anything less from Slotmill.
Smooth animations with well designed symbols and backround make this slot please the eyes, especially thanks to
the avalanche cluster pay.

2. Sound & Music
Sound effects and music are well thought out and fits the theme perfectly.
Sound effects from connecting a cluster and a scatter landing take me back long time when i used to play some single player videogame
on my first computer, great flashbacks.

3. Gameplay & Features
Volatility -/feel: (Low / Medium / High / Very High)
→ It's a high volatile game, and definitely feels like it, not very high thankfully.
Bonus features available: (Free spins, multipliers, bonus buy, etc.)
→There are plenty of features to choose from.
Multiplier meter boost ( gives a random multiplier and collect the meter feature)
There is the normal Bonus Buy that costs you 100x the bet.
There is a Super Bonus Buy that costs you 500x the bet.
And then there is my personal favourite the Gamble Bonus Buy which gives you 30% chance of landing Normal Bonus,
30% chance that gives you Super Bonus, and 40% of it not giving you anything. But it definitely felt like less than 40%. But that's my
personal experience and that can't be trusted as much as the numbers laid out by the provider itself.
There are also two types levels of extrabet:
Xtra-Bet increases the betsize by 100% and makes the bonus feature 4.1 times more likely to land.
And then there is the Super Xtra-Bet, with 7x the basebet it gives you the chances of landing any bonus 1 in 50 and Super Free Spins 1 in 92.

Feature enjoyment (suggestions)(1–10): 8/10
Here comes the rant:
The sole reason i deduct 2 points is the way we get extra spins in this slot and all the Slotmill slots as of late.
Since majority of the time you land a +1 spin is in a deadspin, it just feels useless, why not just hit and not give that +1 spin? What is the point?
I would prefer if the way to get extra spins is with progress, when you fill up the collect meter to 30 get +1 spin, if you fill it to 60 it gives +2 spins.
If its like a Dead Mans Drop type of slot then give +1 spins after certain multiplier thresholds for example.
I do like that you can upgrade the normal bonus into the Super Bonus, feels like a blessing in disguise.
I would increase the amount of different masks you can uncover from the chests. Like 1 mask could upgrade the next mask into bigger one,
Then one mask could upgrade a random coin on your board for example. But the first thing i would do if i were Slotmills COO is lose the
+1 spin in the bonus.

5. Win Potential
Lucy Luck and the Quest for Coins has a 20 000x maxwin.
Definitely can't underestimate the potential of this slot.
TLDR:
Slot looks and sounds cool.
It can pay serious money,
Like the bonus upgrade.
Good variety of feature buys:
Remove +1 spin.
Overall rating for this slot from me will be 8.5/10, you know how to improve it.
"Thank you for your Attention to this matter"

Slotmil is one of the best providers, but the concept and idea behind the slot aren't really new, and the game looks somewhat average. It’s the latest addition to the Lucy games series, with slight improvements through added features or I should combining aspects from multiple games. It has two RTP variants: the first RTP is 96%, which is acceptable for newer games, while the second RTP is 94.02%, which is not particularly impressive.

The main features of the game include masks and chests. The green and blue masks help to fill the collect bar, and when it's full, they randomly turn some symbols into wilds or coins. The red mask boosts the multiplier, and the golden mask adds coins. Occasionally, the collect meter is triggered, adding coins or boosting the multiplier. The game also has a typical 3-scatter bonus, which can be upgraded during free spins and offers 2 super spins (I got 2, but might give more). Extra spins can be added during the bonus, and to get super spins you need 4 scatters. Getting the bonus isn’t hard, but it’s not very rewarding either
The graphics are decent, though a bit crowded due to the game’s 6x6 grid layout, the layout is pretty similar to Coin Quest and other Lucy slots. A coin randomly adds 5 power to the collect meter. every 5 matching symbols which breaking chocolate boxes, creating a wild. The same symbols are then removed from the board. Behind the blocks, are chests of various sizes, which contain masks, scatters, or both, depending on the chest size. Total X of Every 5 coins ,multiply of your stake, will be added to your win and during the super bonus, one coin will be left, equating to the last 5 coins X. Four coins plus a wild also pays out.

Bet levels range from 0.20 to 100, giving players a chance to play at various stakes. The max win is 20,000x your bet, which is good, though it feels unlikely to reach in the base game or even during the normal bonus. If there is a chance it has to be in super bonus. The game doesn’t exactly get your heart racing—it’s a bit slow unless you activate fast play or autopay. While you can play it on most platforms in multiple languages, the music is definitely one of its standout features. It’s epic and cinematic, reminiscent of games like Tomb Raider or movies like the *Kingsman* series. If slots had Oscars, this one would be win the best soundtrack! Unfortunately, the vibe the music creates doesn’t really translate into more excitement or fun in the game itself.

The gameplay feels predictable, and that predictability takes away from the fun. It would be more engaging if random features were added, like Lucy appearing out of nowhere to add chests, masks, or additional scatters, or even clearing the board or adding mystery coins. Personally, I don’t find it a game to play for long sessions. I would call it a difficult game, as it’s marked as highly volatile, but you may only see that volatility after playing for a long session. The game doesn’t really deliver on its peak potential, and it lacks that interactive vibe that draws you in. It’s slow-paced unless you use fast play, which feels like a missed opportunity for a more engaging experience. While it’s not a bad game, it’s just not particularly fun in the long run. I’d say *Coin Quest 2* is a better option..

Music 10

Total score: 6.7

The game looks good and I like that you dont wait for animations between spins. Its smooth and a lot is happening. I would like the chest to be better and it can be more rare but mostly the chest does nothing for you. I didnt like the regular bonus much and felt like it was dull but the super bonus was fun. Also having multiple option. I liked the 30%,30%, 0% buy option. I would prob give it 6/10 but the chest being so bad makes me not want to play it. Like you open a chest to get one multi and a deadspin. Same with the filling the meter in the chest. I would rather have them be rare but give good stuff 9/10 times

Not really my type of slots but I might play this once in a while . It doesn't look that much different from the older one.

Rated: 6/10

Decent game, fairly priced buys, but a little confusing as to what the Idols award. Spins run out fairly quick with not much chance to retrigger. Would be fun to session it, havn’t seen a giant win on it yet and not one to play on small stake but decent from slot mill.

i agree that its a solid game. presentation is great, really fun to play.
the downside is that its really hard to hit big in the basegame and the bonus is super hard to trigger in normal play.

the bonus starts very slow but when it starts racking up multis it gets exciting.

i personally would like it to be even more volatile and to add some crazy feature like megawilds and/or a super high multi chest.

all in all a very solid release.

Gave Lucy Luck and the Quest for Coins a good run and it definitely feels like Slotmill leaned more into the progression-style gameplay this time. The 6x6 cluster grid with cascades keeps things moving, and when the coins start landing you can feel the momentum building. I like how the meter fills up over time — even smaller hits feel like they’re pushing you closer to something bigger instead of just being dead spins.

The bonus side is where it really shines. Free Spins and especially the upgraded versions can get pretty exciting with coins sticking around and multipliers stacking up. It’s one of those slots where a spin can suddenly stretch into a long chain if the avalanches keep connecting. Visually it’s bright and clean too — Lucy adds a bit of character without the screen feeling cluttered.

Only downside for me is the volatility. There are definitely dry patches where the base game feels a bit slow, so it’s not a constant action slot. But if you’re patient and like chasing bigger moments rather than steady small wins, it’s a fun one to grind — especially in a tournament setting 👍.

Hello everyone!

I played Lucy Luck and the Quest for Coins demo from casinogrounds. I would say this is a serious built game wich had all the cool features but didn’t love it as much as some of my favorites.
The theme was nice and had some grappeling sounds, some moment I had auto spins on and i heard somebody whistle but turned out it was from the game. Catch my ingress again 😂 the characters and symbols was nice aswell.
What I loved the best was the clusters, cluster games is and will always be my game. And it. Could spin base game and get pretty good pay, felt like the collecting feature could have been something more like a scatter or such. It was easy to get connections and not to shabby to get bonus.
Plus was the coin cluster feature that have the extra wins to drag me back in the game.
The bonus was less empressive. Was nothing more special than base game what I can say. And I never got a good bonus, that should have been better!! Every time i was getting multi chest It never connected so my multi was always useless.
Overall i rate the game 7-8/10 I was enjoyed of the game and was nice feeling playing but didn’t give me pure happiness.

SlotReview: Lucy Luck and the Quest for Coins by Slotmill

1.Graphics and Sounds (7,5/10)
Slotmill's graphics team mixes the Coin Quest background with the popular LucyLuck as the main character in this new slot.
What impressed me is the voice of LucyLuck, which sounds very nice and is a good addition to the slot and makes the character more lively.

Slotmills graphics and sounds once again deliver a decent 7,5/10 rating due to relying on a popular slot background, still nothing really new stands out.

2.Game Mechanics and Game Flow (6/10)
The game mechanics clearly come from the family of Coin Quest 2 and LucyLuck and the Crimson Diamond but adds some extra features , most notably the masks in the treasure chests.

However, compared to playing Coin Quest 2 and Crimson Diamond, I had clearly less fun playing Quest for Coins. When I play Coin Quest 2, I focus on the Coins and the multipliers and wilds. When I play CrimsonDiamond I focus on opening the spots for the chest to appear and give me a nice cash prize or diamond.

Now mixed up, I dont get the best of both worlds, more like the mediocre of best worlds. Neither the chest contents are great anymore, nor the coins look as great anymore, not sure it has to do with the slotmath, but I had much less excitement in this slot compared to the other 2 slots, so only 6/10 for me.

3.Base Game and Bonus Rounds (5/10)
In the base game Quest for Coins the players will probably go for the FAST TRACK options, in order to get the chance for Bonus or Superbonus faster.

The "Super Bonus" feature appears to be focused on opening the chests to get those different masks, but is the opening of chests really needed for that mask feature? The Coin Quest 2 fans will say, those masks could simply drop like Scatters, and the Crimson Diamond fans wonder, where are my super valuable chests with 500x and 1000x diamonds?

Therefore the Bonus is simply not exciting, because the special parts like the big coins or the big diamonds dont seem to exist in this slot for the player to see regularly, making the bonus just a 5/10.

Finalverdict:

Slotmill seems to try the Hacksaw „Le Bandit.. Le Cowboy etc....“ or BigBass route to extend the brand of a popular character into other slots with other slot mechanics and game ideas.

Personally that seems to be the wrong way because fans of the character LucyLuck have her connected to the wonderful Crimson Diamond game mechanic. Same for the Coin Quest 2 fans, who dont need all the extra gadgets about LucyLuck's chests. The base game of Coin Quest is just clean as it is.

Let's just focus on making a banger Crimson Diamond 2 and Coin Quest 3 instead of trying to multiply Lucy Luck branded-slots which are worse than the originals, shall we?

My overall rating: 6/10 , it's not a bad slot, but I have no idea who wants to play that slot when the fans of the other 2 slots of that„slot merge“ dont like it.
