I just played and got on top of the rank (until this moment) but the I saw there are rules that username should be my casinoground nickname. Adding a prinscreen from my phone..

Really fun tournament thanks - not a mega fan of basic base game though i did mostly 'Multiplier' Feature Spins at 40 cost and had a Super Bonus naturally land for 1,240x win and also a 50x Bomb Multi connected for 960x win!

Hey @bristolad_realone

Seems that your last round played is pending/open due to the internet error you have had. 
You should be able to close the gameround by opening the game and playing the replay of the pending round. 

If this though does not solve the issue / or is not available the round will be automatically closed at ca. 18:45 UTC. After this you should be able to finish the rounds normally!

Hey @chrizztospinja,

Seems the latest bonus buy for 100SPINS is still pending/Open. 
Could you try to open the game/tournament with the same device that you were playing with before and see if you get a communication for a Replay? 
Playing the Replay should close the open gameround. 

If this is not available/does not clear the issue, the game round should automatically close at 19:00 UTC and the you should be able to continue to play after this!

 
Yo, I'm finding i can't log into Day 2 tourney - it keep saying "User Not Found" on Log-In.

It does let me log into the Day 1 tourney still though, so i know log-in details are correct.
