So on Friday (today) I made a 250kr deposit. The money was taken out of my bank account, but it didn't show up in my frank&fred account. After an hour in chat with 2 different agents, where I sent screenshots from my online banking, they managed to fix it. However, they didn't add the 250kr bonus. I told them I'll give them an hour before I come back, and that I'd expect it to be sorted by then. Then I speak to a CS Agent named Petter. This guy was rude, took 5 minutes between his replies, and he wasn't interested in doing anything to help me out. After 15 minutes in chat waiting for Petter to reply, he said "wait til monday". It's a 3 day promotion ranging from Friday to Sunday. And they tell me to wait til Monday. When i went to the withdrawal page, I couldnt even withdraw the money I had deposited. Couldnt even start the withdrawal. I eventually just gave up, and decided I would play Book of Ra - But the game was "unavailable". So was Lucky Lady's Charm. And then I figured I'd try some BTG games, but they were unavailable as well! In the end I played book of dead and lost my balance in 2 minutes. Could have been different if I actually got the bonus I paid for. Unbelievably bad experience with this site!
