So I joined a 21 prive lost my money and did no good with the bonus money so it’s ok then had a message saying I’ve got 40 spins on gonzo don’t them and won £40 so back to bonus money wager 40times about 10 spins in on iron bank 6 scatters land 2000x my stake ended up with £2750 beat wagering easy requested a withdrawal on Friday sent documents in just had a email saying winnings are capped £50 from free spins so they have taken all money from my account  I read t&c and thought it was £50 from original spins then you wager 

can’t even get on to the account as it’s blocked man I felt a bit sick this morning after reading that email 

not sure if I can argue it at all  

 
A few years back I hit a £980 bonus on Moon Princess off of 20 free spins. I got the cap paid out....of £20. It's since that day I've never taken a bonus. Avoid them at all costs in my opinion.
