Fake Money & UKGC Ban on Twitch Streamers

So let me get this straight @Chipmonkz.

Winston, Spinz, Awesome Spinz & Jungle Spins they are approach most key streamers (Rolla, Hypa, Jimbo  i know for sure...) with a deal around 4/5 months ago:

  • Daily video upload with a link to there brand
  • No affiliate links or earnings
  • Payment per video or 5 uploads a week is 5k sort of thing (Deposits covered plus profit, weather its a daily fee or weekly fee call it what you want)
Around this time, you start promoting these casinos. At least one video per day, with direct, non-affiliated links to all the casinos on your Twitch, YouTube and Website pages.

You deposit the same amount on each brand and you also get a warning about "bonus" funds each time you open a slot.

Also most of the BTG slot releases you do, that same day you stream again on these Brands, it seems as you need to keep a quota up of 5 uploads a week or what ever.

And you're trying to tell us your not getting it?

Come on mate. If anything this is a better affiliate deal meaning your not getting other peoples losses but fake money non the less?

Why don't you ask permission  to disclose this? For someone who is 100% "innocent" I would be straight on the email to my affiliate manager and asking them permission to clarify.  You do release giving the info to NickSlots is also a breach of the NDA right?

Could you also tell me what Law the op has broken (you said its illegal)

It's ok for you to slag off CasinoRobot & Roshtien on your stream, make up twitter posts about Roshtiens views (and then delete them) but when you are asked you are threating legal action (good luck by the way, the online streamer act 2020 might just passed congress yet)

Chipmonk mate, I quote from one of your YT videos "If any streamer does not show there deposits and withdrawals when asked then they are fake simple as"

So step up and show your deposits and withdrawals from Awesome Spins and Jungle Spins. Hopefully they show the 2.5% fee that we all have to pay too.

I have no doubt his deposits and withdrawals are legit.

Especially on other brands,  his money will be legit.  Its the back handed payments that are covering them we will not see, and never will see.... this is the "beauty" of the system in place it's rather hard to prove.

Would be interesting to know on most offline videos he starts on £20 spins "I've just started gambling and this bonus landed"

or when he puts up a tweet "Call me a pro raiser, was on £2 spins and then raised to £10/£20/£30 and this landed"  to see the actual gambling history, as I personally think  he has been playing for ages. Using the "Pro Raiser" and the "I've just started" as a  smoke screen.

High stakes are almost always  offline.

There was a guy/gal  a month or so ago asked to see this Net Figure and  Chip was taking ages to pull up this data, 10 minutes later one of the mods said he or she was a Troll and the person was banned and he did not show this. Plenty time for someone to WhatsApp and get a cover.

Last night as well someone asked for the data and was banned.

I don't think it's very fair if streamers are making people comment on the video just to get negative comments off the channel. Criticism and failure is key to success.

Telling people to post a joke or something is very immature for the target audience. We are all adults.

Also, are these "Random" Giveaways actually RNG'd? Is there a record of every single comment in the draw, with the usernames and Random Numbers attached?

Opening youtube channel editor and picking a name from the list is not very random.

As there is no API I remember when we tried to do this on Bandits it was very resource intensive.

Whether it's 'fake' money or a casino sponsoring the deposit or a unlimited amount of 200% bonusses it's all wrong as it creates a false reality. Streamers that have a large amount of viewers are indirectly influencing people. Even if the amount of people watching the streams is low you still are promoting an activity that has a extreme high change of addiction. As a streamers and as a proffesional you should take the responsability of informing these people of all the risks involved. A few simple links just does not do it as your not showing the full picture.

Streamers can do what they do because of the bonus deals they have with the casino's something a average joe will never get. There in essence playing with casino money. This entire scheme should be constantly explained up till the finer detail via word and via writing.

I personally still can't believe platforms like youtube and twitch allow promoting destructive behaviour as no matter how you put it gambling is a destructive activity. History, healthcare and psychology has already proven that. On top of that gambling addictions are on the extreme rise the last few years and will continue to rise especially in these corona times. Slowly it's becoming a strain on healthcare. I'm directly connected to healtcare institutes and the average waiting times for gambling addiction therapy is now up to 90 days! 90 days! Tha's enough time for someone to complely wrech his entire live.

Streamers, communities like casino grounds should be aware of this and help in anyway they can. They don't because they really don't give a flying fuck. It's that simple.

The casino streaming world has went from regular players having a bit of fun to completely out of touch with reality.

I would love to see how much streamers like Daskelele, David Labowsky and Spintwix deposit per year.  Must be absolutely insane.  These guys are on an average of 10-20 euros per spin.
The mere fact that David and Spintwix tell everyone that as a dutch citizen they don't have to pay taxes over there winnings proves for me there fake as fuck and that there not cashing out anything. In Holland you have to pay taxes over any winnings above ~500 euro. If you don't you commit tax fraud and our tax agency is ruthless. Nobody in his right mind (especially with your face all over the internet) commits tax fraud in Holland. To pull that off you need to be smart as fuck or have high placed friends.

On top of that if you watch there video's and streams they magicly manage to win 90% of the time while slowly raising stakes to unrealistic ammounts.

Spintwix has said many times on his stream he only pays taxes what he has in his account at end of year, Dont know if this true or not but he has said this.

Prob why he bought 2 rolexes instead of one over 10k each

Don t forget that you talking about chipmunk, the guy who probably in late 40s and opens pokemon channel so if we're expecting adult reaction from him Good luck

That is 1 route you can take in order to trick the tax agency. He has to control his cash stream on his bank account and make sure it does not go over ~23k (i think) as if it does you get flagged in the system.

No matter how you put it for the law he is commiting fraud then. Pretty stupid if your face is on the internet.

Something doesn't add up with finances either. Reading his Twitter feed he said years ago he had nothing, worked at Vodafone, now he boasts in the last month buying a house outright, purchasing £10,000 box packs of Pokemon.

If he is paying corporation tax, personal taxes/PAYE, a content editor, Gregg his YT editor, Jordan's percentage and other monthly outgoings he must be make a lot more than we all think.

Its different in Canada or  the US.

In the UK you pay tax on profit and you cannot write of gambling as a business expense.

Essentially betting is ‘tax-free’ in the UK – the professional gambler is outside the scope of tax. This is confirmed in HMRC’s Business Income Manual at BIM22015. The basic position is that betting and gambling, as such, do not constitute trading. This is not a new precedent either.

Depending on how he plans on paying for that house. He could get a mortgage but you will need to hand over your source of wealth either through a job or own company income. Paying it outright with cash means you need to file where you gotten that cash from. Either way if your gambling this will come on the table and financial institutes don't take gambling easy. Most of the time if not all they won't work with you as your a risk, probaly the highest risk there is.

Aye sorry that i forgot to mention but it's the same here. You pay taxes over the profit. Each year when you file in your tax whether personal or as a company you need to fill in the amount you earned through gambling. Eg lottery, slots and you name it. Anything not "Holland Casino" related as Holland Casino pays the taxes since it's goverment owned.

Chip said on stream it was no issue, i found that odd

He has no idea what he is talking about then. Plain and simple. Any risk department in a legal financial institution will decline everything when there is signs of gambling.

I personally have had a mortgage application declined due to having a 100 euro withdrawal on my back statement from Holland Casino. I had to wait a month in order to have a clean bank statement to get my mortgage request through.

It doesn't matter how he spent his money guys.the question was if he is legit or not. To me he is not but I might be wrong but still he seems like someone full of crap. Big dislike

To clarify there is no max cashout as i only play with real cash.

There is no per video fee as stated many times in previous threads.

All uk streamers are going to be restricted as to which casinos they can stream on twitch this is not just me.

I have now covered all points and will send proof of cashouts to Nick so he can see there is no max.

I will not be dicsussing this further as i feel i have more than covered the concerns raised.

Fin
Nowadays if you want to make a proof for someone you use legit method to do it teamviewer real time PC app and not photo or email copies as they can easily be faked.

It’s unbelievable how these casinos can use streamers to circumvent standard marketing rules and regs. Streamers like Chipmonkz won’t last long. They will fall foul eventually and rightly so. It’s quite obvious with this individual it’s all about making money with no duty of care to his audience.

As far as I can see the Channel is named after Alvin and the Chipmonks. Alvin and the Chipmunks is a 2007 American live action/computer animated musical comedy film for Children.

He also has Playstation Games on there that  Children may Play.

He now has a Pokemon Channel that Children may follow.

He now has a Scratch Ticket channel, you have to be over 15 years of age in the UK for Scratch cards (16 as far as I can see)

Any innocent child coming across any of these apparently genuine things may be linked to the gambling channel.

I agree with part of this statement. All those years ago, high rolling was £2 a spin!

Then it went all wrong with outdoing each other with silly giveaways (it used to be free spins, remember those days), increasing the stakes where if you stream at £1 a spin you don't get any viewers, and now you don't know who is and who isn't playing with real money.
Totally agree with this statement. I still regard £2 as a highroller spin for myself. I am not impressed by these ridiculous massive stakes now being used regularly by streamers as I cannot relate to them at all. I also think it's setting a bad example to viewers. And as an ordinary slots player a £2 per spin maximum will make no difference to me but I do understand that it may cost the streamers viewers and affiliate revenue. I think the max spin amount could be upped a bit to £5 or £10 if you can afford it.

Have just watched back through yesterday's stream that Chipmonkz did. He really looks fed up with gambling now, perhaps reality has set in that he cannot survive the new changes?

Aside from the horrendous RTP at Awesome Spins, their game choice is really poor. Promoting such bad casinos is not doing him any favours and playing the same boring games is making the streams difficult to watch.

And what the hell is MrQ, its a bingo site with a couple of slots with equally bad RTP.
