Fake Money & UKGC Ban on Twitch Streamers

Fake money is defined as non withdrawable. If someone gets sponsored all the deposits, but wins 50000€ and the casino has to pay it out to the player, its real money after all
Totally disagree with that statement. It is playing with casinos money. There is absolutely no risk.

Streamers that don't have such deals are the proper non fake money streamers. Yes, they get better bonus deals, yes they play with affiliate money but it is their money after all. If week upon week of lost deposits then it hits your pockets unlike the sponsored deposit streamers as you describe it.

Lets be honest. Playing with non-withdrawable money is the easiest way for a streamer to do and attract customers as well. The chances of someone having his deposits sponsored is rare, but possible. The thing is that when someone does that, he agrees to terms with max cashout policy. So if someone plays sponsored money, eg. 1000 euros and wins 20000 euros, he might not get it all, since the terms he agreed to with, states a 10x max cashout policy. So 10k euros.

Streamers usually play with affiliate money. Especially if the affiliation money is good a particular month, they might also bet higher, but not a 50euro bet for crying out loud.

The biggest problem with the fake streamers is one thing only. They bet high, making it look fun to the audience. So thats against protected gambling.

If i bet a 20 euro bet per spin, i will not even crack a smile. If i hit a bonus with a 20 euro bet, you will see sweat and relief. Not acting like its a usual thing.

Most of them, are playing with their phones while they hit a 1000x with a 20-40 euro bet, and the funniest thing is that, THEY DONT EVEN KNOW THE LINES!!!

Call it no-risk money then, but its not fake money if the streamer/player gets all the winnings

Free money.

Not really representing to the viewer the realities of gambling.

Free in that, should you lose your balance, you are no worse of then you were prior to playing.

It is fake if the streamer/player incurs no loss when they lose their balance. You can't say that they lost out on potential earnings when they lost their balance and didn't cash out.

If it's fake when they lose it, it's still fake when they win and cash something out.

It is disgusting.

What is it? are they giving affiliate payments through the casino client? Tax dodge? what?

If casinos are doing this and giving streamers a balance to play with, the profit of which they can cash out. How is that not a payment for services which has completely avoided the tax man?

Casino gives streamer £1000 to pay with for advertising their casino - tax free payment.

Streamer doubles balance and cashes out £2000 - they should still be paying tax on that initial £1000

Suggest the various gambling commissions look into that potential tax dodge.

Dodgy as fuck and if some casinos are doing this, well, what else?

Some of those multiple thousand x wins on the new games, first time playing them them, they legit or are they just another way for the casino to issue affiliate payments and advertise new slots.

Get the tax man on it, he has more teeth then gambling commissions.

It is just makes me laugh now seriously.i can see that most of the streamers world is about to collapse.im pretty much sure that only  10% of the casino streamers that we have on twitch are purely legit which means to me that they depositing their money, real money not some fake shit sponsored by casino that they promote.how many of you streamers can stand in front of the mirror and honestly say that he is legit as he claims to his viewers? How many of you can tell that never used fake money?all these ultra high stakes come on we all know reality of gambling to afford this kind stakes you clearly have to be millionerre or be super irresponsible person. Plus hows that suppose to work that casino gives you fake money but if you win you can cash the winnings out?!. Its like shooting yourself in the foot for casinos.giving streamers free chance to win massive (like 100k on doa2 one the streamers for example). Full of bullshit.enough of fake money fake reactions on massive wins #bereal

Omg wow huge profit, best win ever wow wow wow.

Someone has reached out who codes websites for a living and  said this, it pretty much confirms what we have been thinking.

If you look on his website, none of the Casinos in this brand, "Spinz", "Winston Bet", "Awsome Spins" or "Jungle Spins" have affiliate tracking ID's in the URL.  Have a look. This is the same for his YouTube and Twitch profile, its just raw links to the website.

https://chipmonkzslots.com/

This is what every URL will look like, each link has a code on it

This is what Winston, Spinz, Jungle, Awsome look like:

He is not tracking the visits to these casinos, so that means he does not get paid for  sign ups to them as an affiliate. Why would he do that?

Because he's on the fixed fee &  deposit cover per video. There is no reason why he would be promoting Casinos that he cannot get affiliate earnings from so this means he must be getting paid some other way none of those streamers are spending £3,000 a day on these dodgy brand for free, are they?

None  of THOSE dodgy ones he gets the fixed fee per video have this tracking. Have a look...

So why? Why could he possibly send traffic to that casinos for free without his affiliate ID? Because  he's getting paid outside the normal scope for them.

The deposit cover would surely constitute income and be taxable.

Whether the streamer wins or loses with the covered deposit, assuming it is real money and can in fact be withdrawn at some point, it would be income and therefore taxable.

The only way it isn't tax fraud, for the casino as well is:

If it is fake money and always has been fake money

or

The streamer is declaring the covered deposits as income and paying tax on the initial covered deposit amount.

Am I wrong?

Maybe the UK government should be paying 70% of the deposits under the furlough scheme!

Just to clarify

I do not get paid a fixed fee per video also this guy has posted this accross many sites making these claims.

Always a new account as well.

An example of what he is saying and quoting me as saying

Sadly i can not do much if people decide to try and make lies up.

I am currently taking legal advice to make sure this does not happen again.

Thanks

So your website coding expert doesn't realize people can alter the viewable URL to be different from the source URL? Having a URL with numbers/codes related to affiliation looks less attractive than the casino's normal URL. It's better to hide the affiliation code.

Another option could be that he gets paid per website hit/click rather than sign-up.

Affiliated, paid.....it's work. Doesn't matter what way it is done or carried out. It is paid work.

He is right though. If you look at his website:

Spinson - direct to casino website

Winstonbet - direct to casino website

Awesome Spins - direct to casino website

All the other casinos have either affiliate tags or go via a redirect on his website.

Why else would those three casinos not have an affiliate tag so no commission is made unless he gets a fixed fee for having a banner on his website or a fixed fee for each video made.

Yeah, it looks like they are direct. Although I wouldn't look too much into it.

Sponsorship deal for the amount of hits his website gets and having the casino banner on his reccomended list probably.

It's basically getting paid for doing a job, no matter what way he gets the paid.

Anyway, I'm not sure why I am even in here, I don't watch chip myself. :D

Just don't like to see people wrongly accused I guess, better to share all the facts and get it right before shitting on someones livelihood.

But if that is the case, then be open and honest about it when challenged else you possibly going to find yourself in "Rosh" fake money streaming territory.

It has always been the unwritten rule in the Twitch casino section that you are expected to play with your own money, not money given by the casino when there is absolutely no risk attached to it.

Put it this way.... if he gets sponsored his deposit for each video created, then there will be a restriction on the amount he can cash out as it otherwise is not going to be financially sustainable for the casino. That makes those "big" wins plus the fake reactions rather not so big and exciting then if you can't cash all of it out.

Don't forget not long time ago Chip posted video when he was almost crying that he cannot afford to continue gambling and now we can see him splashing thousands of pounds each week highrolling shit out slots.so when I see him hitting couple of grand and reaction kind of"i can not believe this "I feel like I'm gonna vomit. I think myself that rosh is fake but I am not a streamer I don't accuse other streamers for being false but as wee can see there is some streamers that are clearly putting all attention on others guys so they can continue with their scam

Wow, good luck in your legal quest that miss-quote is seriously incorrect and damaging.

I take it your NDA is no longer valid as your mood has changed?

Do you threaten all your viewers with legal action for asking questions you don't like? Does your legal advice have jurisdiction over other countries?

So what you are saying is your allowing the forum owners allow defaming content (your words, also lies BTW) but the people saying it need to be punished?

  • Chipmonkz put offers on his website for weeks without Terms and Conditions. Against ASA & UKGC Rules
  • Chipmonkz had a under 25 female promoting slots on a weekly basis Against ASA & UKGC Rules
  • Chipmonkz has a like and comment competition, against YouTube Rules, also no age verification is done on these against general Trading standards.
  • Chipmonkz has started a Pokemon channel
  • Chipmonkz is starting a scratch card channel (were you only need to be 16 to buy in the Uk) Is this a gateway to online gaming?

Nothing personal against Alvin, but maybe he can explain this. You are taking offence by the comments made against you (even threatening legal action) yet it was you some time ago that made a video accusing others playing with fake money and having to prove they are not by showing deposits and withdrawals? Wasn't it Rocknrolla too that made such video?

What's good for the goose and all that good stuff......

Anyone knows "bidule" twitch french streamer is he play with real or fake money? And is it possible to play LIVE CASINO games with fake money it has no guarantee that the money used is not fake?

I think it's time that Chipmonkz owns up now. He has been caught out with this one and is now threatening members here when they have evidence that shows non-affiliate links on his site and  social media.

Let me submit NEW evidence below that will confirm one of two things. That Chipmonkz either owns/has a share in these casinos or receives a payment per video to promote. We all know that he is a marketing man, so forgetting to add the correct link or code would never happen. No decent affiliate would promote such crap brands.

The images show on yesterdays and todays video direct link to casino rather than affiliate link
