I am wondering what the rules are on "Fake Deposits" I notice that Prophbetting was banned and removed from Casino Grounds after he admitted on stream he was using fake, non-withdrawable money.

It has just came to light in the last 2 days or so that a very popular UK streamer is getting all his deposits covered for him/her by making videos of certain brands.

is this not the same as fake money just in a round about kind of way?

they are now saying that the UKGC has banned this streamer from Twitch

I am not making this to get into a debate regarding Prohbetting or the streamer in question - just asking in theory If you deposit £1000 on a casino and your getting £1000 back as a promotion fee, its not really £1000  risk is it?

I understand.

Why does nobody care about this?
I'm unsure who you're refeering to, would be interesting to know. As for fake money streamers it has actually shifted from the player not being able to afford it to many casinos not being able to or unwilling to take the liability of someone playing obscene stakes. A lot of the wins you see by streamers are real wins but they won't get the money hence it's all for show unfortunately (we all know who they are).

Since there are only really 5 big UK casino streamers,  I find this interesting as I'm pretty sure none of those would stick with brands offering to cover their deposits,  this removes the risk factor for them and looks like pulling a 'rosh'

Fake money is defined as non withdrawable. If someone gets sponsored all the deposits, but wins 50000€ and the casino has to pay it out to the player, its real money after all

He is referring to chipmunk or whatever his name is.

I don’t see how the UKGC could have any influence whatsoever over Twitch.

I wouldnt care much if its still withdrawable. But ppl playing 20-50 euro bets on 4 slots at the same time then just acting when they win and they can't even withdraw it is just horrible. 🤮

UKGC has banned a few casinos from Twitch, from october.  Not a particular streamer.
Looked it up.

They are asserting that if a casino doesn’t have a UKGC licence then It can’t be shown, via twitch, to a U.K. audience.

Makes sense, and while it’s policeable for this specific thing, it implies that all content must be licensed/ permitted in the viewers region.

That makes sense,  but which UK streamers are on casino's without a UKGC licence? I would have thought most would be?

Yeah exactly. Last time I heard it was 3 casinos, but it will be a lot more.

Clickmonkz has admitted to using Fake Money on Bandits forum

https://www.backinamo.com/forum/topic/kickbacks-for-affiliation/page/6/

We have invited a full investigation with UkGC.
I read the thread you are linking to, and all i saw was someone thinking he did that. But chipmunkz himself did not admit to that, please show me were he admit playing with fake money.

I am not saying he does NOT do that but please this is worse than the "huge mega win" clickbait that chip does to promote his youtube videos.

He's basically admitted to a video fee  to fund the streams and admitted he only uses those casinos because no one else does 😡😡

Ahh, the bandit supporters out in full. Rinsing someone for their irresponsible gambling, yet not looking in their own front porch. How's the bandits responsible gambling going these days?

I also don't see where he says he gets a fee from the casino. Affiliation money is basically pay for work, if he wants to use that, it is his OWN money.

Using casino's that nobody else does because there's no more affiliation customers in the "big casino's" anymore.

Go spout your brown mouth nonsense elsewhere.
