I signed up to BlackSpins online Casino operated by Nektan from Gibraltar.

I completed the bonus wagering requirements and was $1,600 up. During a live game my balance zeroed out so I checked my account in the Lobby only to find my Bonus was nowhere to be seen. I contacted support who have no Live Chat so had to email. Sadly they claim I had met the wagering requirements so removed my winnings. I call this theft!

Nektan only allow a withdrawal of 4x the deposit or bonus funds,not sure which one it is. Might be a case of either not reading Ts and Cs or Live casino being not allowed with bonus money?

 
You should not have to read T & Cs when most Casino's offer you bonus money with wagering requirements. Common sense applies and Nektar abuse this rule.

BlackSpins.COM Do not make it clear on sign up that they take your winnings when you hit the wagering requirements - where is the incentive for a player? Its devious corporate behaviour. 

Thanks to their misleading bonus and behaviour I always look to see the face behind the mask now. I REFUSE TO USE NEKTAR OR BLACKSPINS.COM

 
They have different ads depending on which country you are from. Please see attached images from UK and OZ.

Are any of you aware if it's just Nektan or do other casinos operate this devious way? 

I have reported Nektan to Gibraltar and UK gaming commission as dishonest and misleading services.

I hate to bad mouth casinos but these brands are..

Low quality, bad servers, terrible terms, constant spam email, and the chat is clueless. 

Overall some of the shadiest brands there is. Always similar tempting bonuses 200% + 

Always remember to read the terms on every single new brand you sign up to.

Also maybe dont link them just name? might end up sending some players there way lol
