I made a withdrawal 8 days ago but it still hasn't been processed. Account is verified yet withdrawal is still pending.
I contacted couple of times through their chat and I was told they are having some sort of payment issues but also promised they email me soon with info.
Nothing has been heard though and no email. Their chat can't tell any timeframes etc or what is causing this delay. What should I do next?
