I have never ever and mean EVER encountered the following : At Emojino I deposited 1280 euros and lost I wanted to close the account because of to much gambling that day. I was starting to feel nauseous A deposit of 50 euros was not credited but deducted from my bank account. Send them the screenshot and the already have my passport. They said I will receive my not credited 50 euros back. Now more than a week later they state that I should be veriefied by videocall. I ask them mutiple times to call me, but they won't until i receive a call date from them ....
Its not pleasant to lose money but not even get your own deposited 50 euros back after (submitting bank details) wich I havent even played... it is theft in my eyes !!
