Dunder casino terrible customer service

Hi I just wanted to post on here and see if anyone had any info or could help me with a matter concerning Dunder casino,I joined Dunder a few years ago and I am a member at other casinos that operate under there licence MT secure trade LTD,I signed up to gamstop in January on the 22/01/2019 for a six months self exclusion and not because I was a problem gambler but because I was saving for trip to las vegas I hadn't received any promotional emails of Dunder for most of my exclusion period and then about 2 weeks before my exclusion was due to expire Dunder casino started sending me promotional emails so I tried to log into the site and it let me log in and deposit and this was when I was still on a active self exclusion from gamstop I deposited £550 on Dunder In £50 deposits over 2 days I didn't get a cash out I ripped all these deposits,so I then asked the chat why I was able to deposit while on a self exclusion from gamstop and when the chat asked me if this was an active self exclusion I answered yes and strait away the logged me out the site and the chat said they would look into this matter,I was not bothered about a refund but what I did say to the chat what about if I earn a real problem gambler and I had been able to deposit £1000s and I had lost alot of money which could of effected my life if I was in a differant situation,anyway I got a reply from them by email saying that I wouldn't get a refund because my gamstop details didn't match to what they had on there records i was not bothered about even tho my email was registered at gamstop and this was the one I used to log in anyway I didn't take this matter no further,so anyway when my self exclusion was up I removed all my blocks with gamstop and become an active player online again,so I tried to log into my rizk casino account and it said I was self excluded so I contacted there chat and they said that Dunder had self excluded me from playing on all MT secure trade sister casinos for life I thort this was terrible as I never asked anyone to do this in the chat or by email I contacted the chat on Dunder casino again and told then about this matter and they got back to me by email and said basically that I can't play on any of there brands anymore this really pissed me of because rizk was one of my favourite site to play at and I have deposited up to the tune of £60,000 and never had any issues with this casino or any other brand except Dunder as far as I am concerned I am a good customer so what gives Dunder the rite to ban me for life from playing at other casinos which there brand operates,it's there fault they let me play while in was on gamstop so they took my money and just shut me out of all my other accounts,what if I was a real problem gambler and had lost a lot of money this is really bad customer service and what if I had had a big cash out of say £10,000 I bet the gamstop would of flagged up then and I wouldn't of got my money,I just want someone to help me or advise me what to do because I feel as tho they had no need or rite to ban me for life from all these other casinos which I have been a good customer with,Dunder take your money and then close the door on you completely out of order!

 
stop and breathe for a second, DO your details of gamstop and dunder match up, and if not why not??

No slotspinner because I moved address,but I'm not bothered about getting a refund I lose on slots all the while so takin a loss don't bother me I just wanted to no how I could deposit so I could prevent this happening to someone who wasn't really in  control,but it's my other casino accounts I am bothered about how can they just shut them all down? I have been a good player at other casinos under this licence so I don't see why I should suffer when I haven't done anything wrong,will you be able to help ?

My email and phone number matches up on Dunder just not my address,but I thort the email was the main  thing as all my accounts I use this email for 

 
Ok, so you self excluded yourself at dunder, but you were still able to deposit, because you moved and your address doesn't match your gamestop information anymore?
But your Name, E-Mail etc. still matches?

Wow, that's funny. Who actually cares about responsible gaming as long as the player deposits and loose.
Why compare unimportant informations like the name, the E-Mail or something?
Just check if every single letter matches 100%. If not the player is ready to deposit and loose. Nice!

But hey, wait. Just until the player actually wants to withdrawal. All of the sudden the casino is actually able to compare these datas.
And out of no where you get logged out and you are self excluded.

I never actually self excluded at Dunder because I play at a lot of casinos it would of taken me ages to self excluded at them all so i just used gamstop as I thort this would be the best method to use as it deals with them all at once and stops you makin accounts at good casinos,but exactly what you said if I had gone to withdraw the gamstop would of shown up then I wouldn't of been getting my winnings,I'm just pissed of they have self excluded me from playing on all MT secure trade sister casinos as i have had no problems with any of these and wanted to continue my custom with them

You can write Dunder an E-Mail, they can check the case again. That's pretty much all you can do.
If they decide to keep your account closed, you will not be able to play at rizk or a other casino of this group ever again.
