Dream bonus on white rabbit but...

A similar thing happened to me on Rizk a year back or so but on "Book of dead".
My session crashed in bonus and when i reloaded I got a new session , a new game if u will and ofc. no bonus. It took a few chats with support and a couple of weeks but they eventually found my crashed session and I was able to get my money.
Contact the casino support with the date and if u can exact time of when it happened. With that they should be able to find ur crashed session, play it out and you should be able to get your money.

yeah you should ask for a few details.. I know for a fact big time gaming have a server that stores every game round..
Most likely the support team will contact Big time gaming but otherwise you need to ask for stuff like:
Account ID, Operator ID, round ID, and the time+date of the spin and send that to big time gaming yourself
