Do Lil Devil hearts ever reset?

So I've got 39 out if 40 hearts in Lil Devil...I went to deposit to play for the last one and Casumo have disabled my deposits and requested some documents from me.

I've sent the documents they asked for but it's been a few days and I havent heard back...I wouldnt want the server to reset my hearts if it's to long before I play again.

Any ideas?

always saved for me on all sites not sure how long it takes to reset but im sure its well over 90days not sure but somebody will be able to advise  u more
