Currency after withdraw

Hei, I have a question. I made a withdraw of kr 40.800 at Mobilebet 2 weeks ago. Finally after 2 weeks I received the money in my bank account. But it was not kr 40.800 bit 39.081. That’s kr 1800,- difference of 4,4%.

I understand that sometimes you pay to chance currency, but NOK-EU has not changed that much the last week to charge me 4,4%.

anyone had the same experience? And shall I complain about it? Is it allowed that casinos do that?

What withdrawal method did you use?

I made a banktransfer withdrawl 3 weekS ago on mobilautomaten and got the exact withdrawal

I know it sometimes actually might be up to your bank or ewallet to charge an extra % aswell. maybe ask them?

I withdrew to my Visa Card. No it’s not my bank, it’s the provider who sends the money

Maybe cause between the time they sent euro, and bank/visa converted it to nok the currency had a change? 

Also if visa does the currency exchange, and not the bank its usually more expensive.
